S&F made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

Factory made single exturded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F for 1mm thick factory made pressed steel shutter fixed with 1.25mm thick pressed steel frame of 105 x 60mm and as reqd for cupboards (consisting two shutters) including 06 Nos hinges of size 75mm long and Godrej pattern three way locking system with suitable shape & size 12mm dia MS rod & 01 Nos chromium plated handle of size 150mm long with & including two coats of shop spray synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer as colour approved by GE. Note 1: Cupboards frame to be fixed with 06 Nos nuts & bolts of dia 12mm & 150mm long at vertical outer edge of cupboards brick wall / concrete surface including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 2 Front Face shall only be measured for payment purpose.

S & F in repair of 18 mm thick PVC solid board for making cupboard with partition and door complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F 30mmthick factory made wire mesh solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) shutter of consisting density of 600 Kg/Cum an door to be panelled with SS mosquito mesh an XTN aluminium meshfor aditional strength and safety purpose hologram to be clearly visible on material, Manufacturer test certificates to be submitted complete all as specifie and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately

S&F steel window box type with side hung shutters Factory made including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars devetailed or welded. The rates include for painting with 50 micron thickness of powder coated painting over a shop coat of zinc chromate primer with approved colour as directed by Engineer-in-Chage.
