M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete as in G.F & paving n. exc. 15cm thick (above or below G.L.) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floor finished rough to recieve floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick, for staircase step in single piece (of length not more than 1200 mm), laid over over & including 15 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete, including provn of two Nos 3x3mm grooves at tread of each step complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine Cut Kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick on vertical surfaces like riser of steps, skirting, in single piece (of length not more than 1200 mm) over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish), complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing of liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC will be measured and paid sep

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on brick or concrete surfaces, trowelled to even and fair finish without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall over a coat primer a incl preparation and a coat of wall care putty of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over priming coat incl a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified ands directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion incl a coat of wall care putty as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.
