M&L for factory made sheet metal encloser (junction pannel) made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet powder coated weather proof out door type with 120cm long legs 4 Nos made out of 40X40X6mm equal angle size of encloser not less than 120X75X45cm depth with front and rear openable double door with locking arrangement including 4 strip aluminium bus bar of (breadth40mm×width10mm), mounted on insulators including and connection in the new chamber with bolts and nuts, including thimbles of suitable sizes, neccessary earth work and PCC foundation for grouting of four legs all as per directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth in loose/soft soil and getting out .for laying of cable and erection pole

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Sand filling under floors , foundations or cable protection including spreading leveling in layer not exc 25 cm thick

M & L sub class B bricks locally available laid width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable

Supply and fixed GI Tube light grade 40 mm bore laying in trench ,wall,floor fixing with clamp , nuts,bolts etc

Supply and fixed GI Tube light grade 80 mm bore laying in trench ,wall,floor fixing with clamp , nuts,bolts etc

S & F LT cable route indicator duly marked with LT cable grouted by cement concreted (1:2:4) type B-1 as in foundation of electric poles/sructs etc including necessary form work, fair finished embedded in PCC bed incl necessary excavation and re-filling complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting the existing road straight by manual,depth & width not less than 30 cm for pipes up to 80mm dia & 40 mm for pipes up to 100 mm dia & filling back with excavated soil up to 75% road portion & 25 % shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified & diected. Note : During road cutting contracter will get the approvel from the stn HQ/Civil Authority for diversion the traffic .
