Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface including removing the old existing exterior pealed off paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches with exterior cement primer touch up etc. complete as directed by Engineer in-charge. (Asian or its equivalent make)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: two or more coats on old work including removing the old existing pealed off paint (OBD /EMULSION ) by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches with interior primer touch up etc. complete. as directed by Engineer in-charge. (Asian or its equivalent make)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work as directed by Engineer in-charge. (Asian or its equivalent make)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer (Birla wall care putty or its equivalent approved make) over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as directed by Engineer in-charge.

French spirit polishing for wood work one or more coats on old work including filling gaps with bee wax etc., as directed by Engineer incharge.(Asian or its equivalent make)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including disposal of rubbish outside IICT campus with in approved municipal grounds including loading and unloading for all leads & lifts involved

Applying one coat of interior water thinnable cement primer over wall care putty only of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer
