M&L for preparation of old painted paving / premix bitumen or concrete surfaces exc 10 cm width and painting with one coat of water Base Air Field Marking Paint P- 45( White colour ) complete all as specified and directed engr in charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted paving / premix bitumen or concrete surfaces n exc 10 cm width and painting with one coat of road marking paint (Water based) of any colour complete all as specified and directed engr in charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of concrete or premixed bituminous surfaces and applying one coat of white wash to under shoot / over run of runway portion complete all as specified and directed engr in charge.

M&L for preparing of old painted surface of brick work, concrete plastered or unplastered surface and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of approved colour or pattern complete all as specified and directed engr in charge.

M&L for Removal of old painted surface of paving / premix bitumen or concrete surfaces exc 10 cm width and applying two coat of road marking paint (Water based) of Davis colour complete all as specified and directed engr in charge.

M&L for preparing old decorated surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed engr in charge.

M&L for Applying evenly one coat of solution of Cold Emulsion & water in a proportion of 1:4 on Bituminous portion of Runway /Taxi track / Roads etc as specified and directed. Note: Solution of One Ltrs of Cold emulsion with water with a ratio 1:4 will be applied on decided place with a maximum coverage area of 5 Sqm complete all as specified and directed engr in charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n exc 400Sqm and n exc averaging 50 mm deep , rate included for removing scarfyed materials to a distance not less than 500 metres from the work site complete all as specified and directed engr in charge.

M&L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting rolling with power roller of 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed engr in charge.

M&L Preparaing un surfaced surfaces of any description by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming /tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 7.5 Kgs/10 Sqm (Paving Bitumen) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge..

M&L Premix bituminous macadam with paving bitumen laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm ) complete all as specified and directed engr in charge.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen laid with mechanical paver , rolled and consolidated to reqd camber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Racking out extg. Joints of size exc 10 mm but n exc. 15 mm wide and depth n exc 25mm of slabs of pavements for removing old damaged sealent from joints cleaning the surfaces by means of air compressor or vaccum cleaner and M&L for joint filling with Polyurethane sealent conforming to BS - 5212 (Type FB) after applying primer and masking tape on front edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealent on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealent, including required back up rod and removing masking tape after sealent has been applied all as specified and directed .
