Excavation in foundation , trecnches including jungle clearance (for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiselling soft. Hard rock where blasting is prohibited all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring srtutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the usable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the usable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all of all surplus soil un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including rstoration of un-matalled surfaces to its original condition and also i/c cost of diversion of traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses, etc. complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per directed of Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.( Pick Jumper Work)

Laying/Jointing andtesting of HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes confirming to IS 9894-1995 , with fusion welding process i/c all necessary fitting and bends etc. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for sepreately) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement 4 sand:8graded stone aggregate 40 mm.nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and material within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Cahrge plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) using first class bricks and including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

40mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1 :2:4(1 cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)'and laid in one layer finished with a floating coat on neat cement in all leads and lifts as per thesize)'and laid in one layer finished with a floating coat on neat cement in all leads and lifts as per the direction of engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/ stone masonry/concrete for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angle not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even & smooth in cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
