Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Bidder must have carried out similar works in reputed organizations/IITs/IIMs/Govt. offices/PSUs/Central Universities etc. during a period of last 3 years (i.e. must have successfully completed the work during Dec 2023 till date). Completion certificates etc. to this effect are required to be enclosed.

A Certificate/Undertaking on the letter head of the Company to the effect that the bidder/Manufacturer has not been blacklisted anywhere in India or abroad by any organization. A self-certification to this effect is required to be enclosed.

The Bidder should be registered with concerned statutory authorities for GST/Income Tax etc. The bidder should furnish relevant GST registration documents and PAN/TAN copies along with the bank details of the firm.

Earnest Money Deposit: Earnest Money is to be paid by each tenderer to ensure that the tenderer does not refuse to execute the work after it is awarded to him. EMD shall only be furnished in the form of Demand Draft in favour of The Director, IIIT Dharwad. EMD in any other form will not be accepted. The rate of earnest money deposit shall be 5% of the Estimated Value.
