Preparing of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and description (Note:- Reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition)

Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard/dense soil.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in deep for foundation, laying pipes etc or for shaft, walls, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 40mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in damp proof course to horizontal surfaces mixed with WPC including form work finished with even and fair without using extra cement all as specified. (Note:- Water Proofing Liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels set in CM 1:4 all as directed

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span all as directed

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work incl sides of slab, n exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete .

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surface of concrete

M&L for RCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof slabs supported on walls, beams.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed, not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

All as per item No.46 above, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using any extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on roof surfaces mixed with water proofing liquid complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water Proofing Liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

Preparing the surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, dirt/ dust and applying blown grade bitumen VG 10 @ 1.2 kg per sqm confirming to IS 702 over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.4 ltrs/Sqm followed by APP membrane reinforced with polyester non woven fabric 3mm thick weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm laid on primed surface by forced torch application followed by a finishing coat of solar reflective aluminium painting @ 0.10 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorized applicators of manufacturers
