Electrical Items :
Providing & fabrication of Security grills made out of 10 mm thick square bright rod spacing approximately 120 mm c/c & horizontal member placed at 600 mm apart. The outer frame of the grill made using 40 x 6 mm MS flat. Joints shall be mitred & flash welded on the circumference which shall form right angle corner, Counter sunk holes for fixing to wooden frame, etc complete. All other details such as individual dimension of grills /pattern is given in Drawing sheet No.1 & 2 enclosed, standard civil engineering practice and site condition. Total surface area of grills is approx 90 SQMT comprising of 60 nos of grills. Mode of payment / measurement shall be on tonnage basis. Make: SAIL / TISCO / JSW.
Providing & rendering approved shade of synthetic enamel paint 02 coats over a coat of Zinc Chromite metal primer, gaps filled with metal paste, grinding to smooth surface, etc. complete all as per standard practice. (Finished using spray painting machine). Make : Asian / Berger / ICI / Nerolac.
Labour charges for fixing assorted size grills including suitable hardware, consumables & Scaffolding, etc
