Grass cutting by Jungle Jim on both sides of Runway/PTT as per requirement basis and timing as feasible for the users complete including taking out all necessary grass shurbs, sapplings, wild bushes and any type of vegetation and removing out of runway boundary complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old concrete/ bituminous surfaces by brushing and applying one coat painting with water based paint (any Colour) in pattern of lines / arrows / letters etc on road or pavements exc 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer‐in‐Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of concrete pavement and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for ploughing the old sand filling in soft ground arrester, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of storm water drain by excavating mud/ soil manually and removing the excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr the inner girth of drain 0.5 mtr to 1.5 mtr and depth of excavated material n. exc 20 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and demolished material thrown out of runway premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for polythene film 150 micron thickness for separation layer under concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for sand cushion layer under polythene film complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for Cement concrete work in pavement / hard standing of flexural strength 40kg/Sqcm in field using minimum 400Kg of cement per cum for thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: The cost of design mix shall be borne by the contractor.

Material & Labour for forming 25mm wide expansion joints through the full thickness 250mm of the slab filled with 25mm thick synthetic compressive filler board HD-100 and cleaning 50mm deep left over to top cavity and top 10mm primed with N-49 primer and filled with polyurethane based sealant over 30mm dia polyethylane back up rod complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with polyurethene based sealant after applying a coat of primer to vertical surfaces of concrete which are in contact with the compound and finishing the joint properly leaving 2mm gap from top surface of concrete over and including backup rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Repair to patches exc 300 Sqcm and n exc 500Sqcm, depth n.exc 80mm including sweeping free from dust and mud or water with wire or jute brush scoring sunken surfaces in runway pavement, cutting arround edge to at least full depth of carpet layer making proper rectangular or square shape patch and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer (catonic emulsion RS) premix asphaltic dense concrete 50 to 80mm (Consolidated thickness) with 6% binder content by weight of total mix with coarse sand and aggregate 6mm down grade using polymeric modified bitumen rollled and compacted to required camber and gradient with hand roller complete and clean the surface by brooming and making FOD free surface to runway, Complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & Fixing 75mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & Fixing 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Repair to broken spalled edges of joints, pot holes etc of existing concrete slab by cuting 'U' grooves with mechanical cutter, cleaning the joint portion throughly to ensure dust free using compresser air removing all dust/debris out of runway, applying compound of hardener Aradur-140 and Araldite GY-257 primer in the ration of 1:2 by weight and filling the joint with epoxy mixture of Aradur-140, Araldite GY-257 and quartz sand & silcon flour mix No 10 in the ratio of 1:2:15 by weight and finishing the top surface smooth all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following joint size:-

(a) Joints of size 1 to 2cm wide and depth n.exc 2.0 cm

(b) Joints of size 1 to 2cm wide and depth exc 2 and n exc 4.0 cm

Material & Labour for PME including Cleaning the surface with compressed air to make the surface free from dust, loose particles and applying one coat of cold polymeric bitumen emulsion (PME) @ 1.00 Litres/Sqm by using mechanical spraying/ mopping of total cold liquid PME each coat after dilution with 50% water, in the ratio 1:1 (PME : Water), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old concrete/ bituminous surfaces by brushing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (any Colour) in pattern of lines / arrows / letters etc on road or pavements exc 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer‐in‐Charge.

Material & Labour for cutting and racking out old sealing compound from the old joints cleaning with kerosene oil, drying with blow lamp, cleaning the joints portion throughly to ensure dust free using compressed air, trimmeing of edges of joints with diamand cutter and cleaning the joints atleast 40mm wherever required, remove all dust/ debris out of runway and filling the existing joints with polyurethene based sealant after applying a coat of primer to vertical surfaces of concrete which are in contact with the compound and finishing the joint properly leaving 3mm gap from top surface of concrete over and including backup rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following joint size:- Note: Any damage to the existing backup rod shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost.

(a) Joints of size 1cm to 1.5cm wide and 1.5 to 3.0 cm deep

(b) Joints of size 2cm to 2.5cm wide and 1.5 to 3.0 cm deep

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for Flush pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 but except stone, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
