Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc and n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-2 , 1 : 3 : 6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and filling concrete for columns, fencing posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Plain cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8), 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with old size sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for three coats of white wash on new surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, in sub base of floor using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B1, 1 : 2 : 4, 50mm thick (using 20mm graded aggregate) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and testing split Air Conditioner of 1.5 TR capacity inverter type 5 star rating with indoor and outdoor units (copper condenser coil, copper cooling coil and evaporator, smart AC with hybrid jet inverter technology with 5 years PCB guarantee including copper pipe which has also blue fin technology condenser coils and fins, including required length of copper tubing and cables for connecting indoor and outdoor units) complete with cordless remote control unit, with inverter rotary compressor , inbuilt air ioniser and dual PM 2.5 HD filter, anti viral technology for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 TR complete including inlet and outlet copper pipe as per site requirement including taking down of old unserviceable AC and deposit to MES Store yard complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (i) Drain Pipe UPVC with the insulation from indoor unit ( at any floor) to ground floor level and is to be fixed with necessary clamps complete. (ii) Sealing the hole from outside, after installation, with white cement. (iii) Pressure testing, cooling performance check and product demonstration. (iv) rRate quoted includes for copper tubing upto 1.5 metre long. (v) 4 core cable of any required length for connecting indoor and outdoor unit. (vi) During installation the copper pipe to be in vacuum condition. (vii) Installation to be done by authorized dealer only.

Material and labour for SPN enclosure with two pin , earth plug and socket with 240 volts 20 Amp SP MCB, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply and fixing Copper pipe, 1/2" with foam insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 10mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick work/ concrete in CM 1:6 finished the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall surfaces including preparation of new untreated wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of LED light letter board with 10"height , 2mm thick , PT glass acrylic sheet letters, fitted with 1.5V High power LED lights inside, the letters fixed on 3mm thick ACP sheet with blue background including mounting on 40mm X 25 mm GI square pipe frame work including provision of suitable wires,SMPS,etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary wiring required for the lights. (b) One letter of Height 10" will be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cables 1100 V grade conforming to IS -694, of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi-stranded with Copper conductor, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia (ISI marked) and conduit accessories Surface/ concealed in wall including breaking of walls/ surface on ceiling with sunken type pressed steel/ welded terminal boxes made out of 2mm mild steel sheet, 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting of switches, socket outlets, regulators etc. including provision of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm FRLS Multistranded with copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination, multipurpose, 2 Pin 6 Amps/3 Pin 6 Amps controlled by one switch 5 Amps, flush type, universal, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 5500 Cum per hour (or nearest size) plastic/PVC Body by fixing required angle Iron with wall including opening the wall etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Symphony/ Crompton Optimus/Kenstar Note :- PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for MS work, fabricated from MS channel, angle iron, flat iron of any size with and incl all kind of machine works i.e. welding, cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, polishing etc with and including all fixing accessories i.e. nuts, bolts, washers, MS fasteners etc as required and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint, fixing the same on any level of the building, complete all as specified and as directed.
