TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS FOR THE AREA OF ICGS AND ICGAS RATNAGIRI

To perform Term contract services and execute such work upon the items and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of Rates 2009 Part I (Specifications) together with amendment No 1 to 3 and 2020 Part-II (Rates), together with amendment No 1 to 122 for Part-II (2020) and General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249), together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment Nos 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforsaid MES schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender. Notes: (i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage at the 15th row under Column "F". The column E has been shown as Zero and the actual amount of contract would be 7.00 lakhs (Maximum). The contractors may fill the percentage intended to quote over/below SSR rates by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/below the SSR. (ii) The total/cumulative amount of work order shall not be exceeded the amount given in NIT and not to be considered the quoted amount reflected in BOQ. Being Term contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR.
