PROVISION OF 200 KVA TRANSFORMER UNDER AGE (I) BHALRA

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type, Plinth mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC three phase 50 Hz, 200 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural- Air Natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes/fins, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at + 2.5% & + 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be conforming to IS-1180 Part-1( 2014) with energy efficiency level 2 as per Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-E-08042021-226437 dt 08 Apr 2021 (Amendement No. 4 dt Mar 2021 to IS:1180-2014) and shall comprise of the following :- (a) Three nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side , complete with brass/copper rods, nuts and washer. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands etc. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent , Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve at bottom, Lifting lugs/ jacks , Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One No , dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.

Supply and lay XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 150 sq mm. (Note : Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of suitable size of aluminium lugs, thimbles, cable glands, nuts and bolts at cable termination ends irrespective of any span or any length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type cubical panel board floor mounted, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 50 Hz, factory fabricated in an approved factory and type tested at CPRI for 50 KA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts. The panel shall be fabricated 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front and rear openable system lockable/openable keys from both sides, pretreated using seven tank process followed by powder coated painting of approved shade, provided with suitable gasket to make it dust, vermin and weather proof and IP-64 degree of protection. The panel shall be floor mounted duly supported with complete base frame of angle 50 x 50 x 5 mm with four legs and size not less than 45 cm and should be grouted under PCC (1:2:4) of suitable size as indicated by Engr-in-charge. The internal control wiring shall be carried out with suitable gauge copper wire of 1100 volts grade and provided with suitable control MCB's/HRC fuses. The size of panel shall be suitable for accomodating and provision of switch gears and control gears all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Main Panel). (a) Bus bar Aluminum - 500 A capacity- 04 Nos high conductivity, suitable for 415 V, 50 Hz supply including interconnection from incoming, and out going feeders with suitable mounting insulators, heat shrinkable colour sleeves. (b) MCCB four pole 440 V, 315 Amps, 4 Pole, 50 KA , adjustable thermal and magnetic release type - 01 No (Incmoing). (c) MCCB three pole 440 V, 160 Amps, 3 Pole, 35 KA , adjustable thermal and magnetic release type - 02 No (Out goining). (d) MCCB three pole 440 V, 100 Amps Amp, 3 Pole, 25 KA , adjustable thermal and magnetic release type - 02 No (Out goining). (e) MCCB three pole 440 V, 63 Amps Amp, 3 Pole, 16 KA , adjustable thermal and magnetic release type - 02 No (Out goining). (f) MCB SPN 6-32 Amp cap, 10 KA C series-04 Nos (01 for Gen Shed, 01 for Elect store, 01 for Panel Room, 01 Spare). (g) MCB TPN 63 Amp cap, 16 KA C series-3 Nos (01 for Main Gate, 01 for Washer Men Shop, 01 Spare). (h) ON/OFF indication iamp with toggle switch and three Nos indication lamp (R,Y,B) - 7 Set of three. (j) LED Multifunction meter accuracy class 1.0,input voltage 17 to 520V Ac, flush typ, 96x96 mm size, Make : L&T or equivalent make of Siemens/ Legrand, suitable to measure parameters such as A, V, F, KW, KVA, KVAr, KVARh, Phase angle ,THD etc-01 Nos,

Earthing complete for sub station equipments with galvanized steel earth pole electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below the ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32mm x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts,check nuts and washers of galvanised or steel all as specified or shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009( Part-l), including ncessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, GI pipe 40mm dia light grade for protection of galvanised iron earthing strip upto 7.5 mtrs, and GI pipe 20 mm medium grade dia for watering from ground level to earth plate, including concrete chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) having copping in PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate). Intemal surface of concrete chamber shall be plastered with 12mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and 50mm thick RCC cover in proportion (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), reinforced with 8mm dia tor bar@ 80mm c/c both ways and charcoale dust common salt etc., funnel testing point, 8 mesh per liner inch, including test point, testing, complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm. Note: Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of suitable size of aluminium lugs, thimbles, cable glands, nuts and bolts at cable termination ends irrespective of any span or any length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, Heat shrink type, complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Steel tubular, swaged pole, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-31 (9 meter long) (FOR THREE POLE STRUCTURE) complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms made out of mild steel channel or angle section of reqd size and shape including clamp back plate with bolts, nuts, washers drilled for insulator bolts, welding, binding cold or hot in any shape or size as directed and painted with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings including form work complete all as specified and directed.
