NOTE: 1. Schedule ‘A’ Part - I to XI hereinbefore are prepriced by MES under Ser No.1.00 to 11.00 Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only. 2. Schedule ‘A’ Part - XII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) hereinafter is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate left blank under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-6.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - XII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15mm two way, single handle, bib cock with flange Bib taps, fancy type, chromium plate cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Overhead ABS shower with brass shower arm 150 mm CP suitable for 15mm dia tube complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore angle cocks, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed but fancy type chromium plated all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix LED lamp of 9 watts suitable for B-22 base holder in wall mounting decorative light fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light/ security light fitting 1 x 35 Watt including GI bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32mm dia 1.20m long, bent to shape with suitable size mild steel clamps of size 50 x 6mm with nut, bolt and washers as required at site for fixing of street light pole/wall including making connection with PVC insulated 3 single core of 1.5 Sqmm size multistranded copper conductor cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for cutting the existing pipe line of any size and insert the 40 mm bore GI pipe fittings i.e Tee reducer to existing size to 40 mm bore all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix terminal box made of thermoplastic type out door type of size 260 x 210 x 116 mm for fixing on pole with and including of mild steel clamps with bolt and nuts, provn for cable entry for incoming and outgoing from bottom including MCB SP 6 Amps 10 kA -1 Nos and 8 way connector with internal copper wiring connection duly fixed with and including cable glants threaded typemade of polymide with lock nut complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 3 pole street light panel 6 KW (Street light timer panel) contactor rating 32 Amps 3 pole, MCB TPN 40 Amps digital timer with enclosures outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing road/ hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/pipe, width 0.5 Mtr and depth 0.7 Mtr all as directed and making good the road/hard using all old / new materials as required at site to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made LT feeder pillar box, CPRI approved, ourdoor type, 1.1KV made out of MS CRCA sheet 3mm thick, having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 400 Amps for phase 200 Amps for neutral fixed on LT, 8 Nos insulators of size 0.60m x 0.45m with legs made out of MS angle 50 x 50 x 5mm & 0.75m in length, locking arrangements front and back opening danger notice board with skull & bone monogram and indicating 1100 volt danger board including incoming and outgoing connections and testing on completion complete all as directed.

Supply and spreading riddled sand (Excavated soil shall approved by GE) in trenches as cushioning to under ground cable on top and bottom of cable all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness will be measured and paid

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made CPRI approved LT panel board 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 250 Amps capacity outdoor cubical type LT disribution switch gear and control gear, leg mounted, totally enclosed, cubical type modular compartment , dust and vermin proof IP-54 with neoprene gasket, fabricated out of CRCA sheet of thick ness not less than 3.15 mm complete with 2 mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 50x50x6mm with cable chamber for incoming outgoing connections comprising for the following including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.20 Mtr height positioned and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the pedestal and connecting all incoming and outgoing cables all as specified and directed.
