REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TESTING OF EOT CRANES OF VARIOUS CAPACITY AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AT MIL STN JAISALMER UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

Comprehensive maintenance of EOT crane of capacity 2 to10 Tonne of every three months period to check the serviceability of crane up to 12 mtr height from GL and made serviceable by identifying the serviceable/ unserviceable spare parts for renewal to make its fully functional at designed RPM & torque reassembling the same position, testing, electrically and mechanically to its load capacity, greasing of all bearing/ rail, pully replacement of all minor US items like nuts,bolts, washers, fan belt etc whichever is required, testing of all motors complete to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. The unit rate shall be inclusive of followings :-

LONG TRANSVERSE (a) Gear box oil level check and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (b) Any Vibration in Crane (c) Brake adjustment (d) Long transverse wheel checking for any noise. (e) Geared couplings - grease checking and nut tightening. (f) Checking of Hydraulic oil in thrust or brake. (g) Checking of electric motor connections. (h) To check the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch.

CROSS TRANSVERSE (a) Gear box oil level check and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (b) Any Vibration in Crane (c) Brake adjustment (d) Cross transverse wheel - checking for any noise. (e) Geared couplings - grease checking and nut tightening. (f) Checking of Hydraulic oil in thrust or brake. (g) Checking of electric motor connections. (h) To check the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch.

HOISTMOTION (a) Gear box oil level check and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (b) Assembly vibration (c) Brake adjustment (d) Grease checking for the main bearings of the Rope Drum (e) Geared couplings - grease checking and nut tightening. (f) Checking of Hydraulic oil in thrust or brake. (g) Checking of electric motor connections. (h) Checking wire rope for any damage & greasing. (j) Adjustment of the rotary limit switch. (k) Bearing grease checking of the Hook.

ELECTRICAL NETWORK (a) Checking the contractors for overheating or flashing. (b) General checking of contacts and connections. DOWN SHOP LEAD (a) Checking the alignment and rectification. (b) Cleaning of the moving/sliding objects.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but capacity of crane 20 Ton complete all as directed

Note Item No 1 & 2 (i) All T&P required at site will be arranged by the contractor. (ii) Major spare parts required for servicing shall be measured & paid separately. (iii) The inspection and maintenance shall be carried out under guidance of authorised representative of the firm expert in maintenance of EOT cranes complete and all as specified and directed. (iv) Servicing to be done as per direction of the Engr-In-Charge and being a restricted area working hour to be desided by the User (v) Certificate of satisfactory working of EOT crane after servicing to be obtained from the user at the time of RAR.

Supply & fix in repair/replacement FRLS, 4 core 6 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable in the existing conduit/carrier complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplyin repair FRLS, 4 core 4 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix in repair/replacement FRLS, 12/24 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting the electrical connection & taking down the burnt out motor of capacity 3 HP from EOT crane and transporting to workshop for repair, dismantling the motor & taking out burnout copper winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage including replacement of bearings & correcting minor defects, reassembling, incl any machinary works such as welding, grinding, tuning, polishing etc and transporting motor from workshop to site, reinstalled at site, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting the electrical connection & taking down the burnt out motor of capacity 5/7.5 HP from EOT crane and transporting to workshop for repair, dismantling the motor & taking out burnout copper winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage including replacement of bearings & correcting minor defects, reassembling, incl any machinary works such as welding, grinding, tuning, polishing etc and transporting motor from workshop to site, reinstalled at site, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting the electrical connection & taking down the burnt out motor of capacity 40 HP from EOT crane and transporting to workshop for repair, dismantling the motor & taking out burnout copper winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage including replacement of bearings & correcting minor defects, reassembling, incl any machinary works such as welding, grinding, tuning, polishing etc and transporting motor from workshop to site, reinstalled at site, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
