Providing and fixing of MS Gap Piece of size 100mm dia thickness 6 mm dia medium class duly welded with both side MS flange of 25mm thickness as pe site requirement.

Providing of 100 mm dia Non return valve CI D/F as per IS 14846 PN1.0 Make:-Kirloskar/IVC/DJB Approved.

Providing of 100mm dia non-rising spindle CI D/F sluice valve as per 14846 PN1.0 Make: -Kirloskar/IVC/DJB Approved.

S/O GI Bend 100 mm dia 90deg. Double flange. Make:- approved by DJB.

Supply of neoprene rubber sheet having 50% neoprene, 3 mm thick Make Jyoti/Worth/DJB approved SOR E&M 2022 item code 22.6.1

S/o rubber mat for electrical purpose of size 1mX2mX19 thick. Make: -Jyoti/National or any make approved by DJB SOR E/M 2022 item code 22.4.6

Supply of Nut-bolts and washer off size as per site requirement.

Making of all Electrical connection by using Aluminium armoured cable from LT Panel to motor lead connection & from Panel to mono Block Pump set with required items i.e. thimble, ferrule etc. as per site requirement and direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Base frame of M.S. plate for mono Block Pump set shall hold on base M.S plate and angle & flat etc as per required at site.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Mono pump-set with all E&M Equipments including Valve, NRV, bend and other pumping specials as required at site. Assembling of all Electrical items & wiring to complete the panel, Earthing of all equipments like p/set & panel etc., all piping work, all welding work, fixing of valves and accessories executing minor civil works, making electrical connections with cable as required size i/c watch and ward cartage, taking all safety measures all tool and tackles testing and commissioning of all E&M equipments at No load and full load conditions as per standard from full satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
