M&L for providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 precast cement concrete blocks including demolition of existing brick work or stone boulders or PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all arches, pillars etc. including removal of demolished materials & debries outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers (10mm + 5mm) in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete or PCC block wall surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction including taking down cement plaster from any type of of walls including racking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water including removal of debries and demolished materials outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick / PCC block walling / stone walls etc., finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster from any type of of walls including racking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water including removal of debries and demolished materials outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick / PCC block walling / stone walls, finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats cement base paint (snowcem) over a coat of primer on new walls surfaces, including preparation of surface of walls, complete all as specified and directed.
