Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exceeding 400 sqm ,exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed,

Screening road metal, Chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered,including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured) completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt stone grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread and consolidated to gradient and camber and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, completed all as specified and directed.

Description all as per serial item No 4 above but except materials , completed all as specified and directed.

M& for preparation of unsurfaced WBM by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @ 10kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen,completed all as specified and directed.

M&L of preparation of existing black top surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @5 kg/10 sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen ,completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous,macadam Paving bitumen any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix aphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content(VG 30) of total mix by weight rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient,by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminious surface of road and marking 2.00 mm thick centre line ,stop lines,dashes, arrows etc and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic paint of approved colour confirming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instruction completed all as specified and directed.
