Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm ( Aluminium Cable Provided by the department)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 100Amp, 30KA, FPMCCB

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following height high mast tower excluding excavation but including the following - a) Supply of stated height high mast shaft in three sections suitable for 47 m/sec wind speed, with head frame, winch mounting bracket, luminaires carriage suitable to install stated number of luminaires in symmetrical arrangement. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following height high mast tower excluding excavation but including the following – b) Supply of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6 mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. c) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. d) Supply of LED Type single dome aviation obstruction light. Stand must be double door made up of 2 SWG sheet and powder coated with 7 tank technique. e) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour. f) Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete. 12 Meter high mast suitable for 8 Nos. luminaires

Construction of suitable shallow foundation with'M20' grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity suitable for maximum wind pressure at site fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates & templates as per manufacturer foundation drawing.
