Hacking out old broken glass any size thickness from steel frame/wooden including removing MS cleats punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs etc all as specified.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality glazing with oil putty or fixed with wooden beads in square nexc 0.50 sqm each pane etc as all specified.

S&F in repair mild steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia. of wire and avg width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire stples.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15 mm bore pipe.

Refixing old serviceable 15 mm GI tubing and connection in new or old position (Wall, ceiling floor etc.) including necessary fittingS&Fixtures ie. Union, nipple, socket etc. complete all as specified and directed

S&F tubes medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors for 15 mm bore.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match along with Rendering 1:4 cement plaster 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur faces

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for cement concrete(1:4:8) in floors type D-2 of 100 mm thick.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including screed bed 15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 as specified.

S&F in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof / ridge/ covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by engg - in- charge.

Providing and fixing in repair 0.71 mm thick Precoated colour or mill finish Aluminium Ridges plain (500-600mm) of alloy IS designation 31500, Aluminium Alloy (AA) 3004 (ISO designation). For colour, coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/ tapping SS screws of size M6, 60 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal and SS plain washer as specified and directed by engg - in- charge..

M&L in repair for closing bolt holes etc. in old corrugated steel sheets or Aluminium sheeting by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6mm G.I. bolts and nuts, all set in stiff white lead, bolt n exc 25mm in length as specified and directed by engg - in- charge.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over 2mm thick putty and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm as specified and directed.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper(ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as permanufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work on walls or ceiling over 2mm thick putty as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in repair for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over putty and including primingcoat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over old surfaces.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces with any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfaces with any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide zink chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
