Miling of existing DAC surface with asphalt zipper machine to a depth exceeding 25mm and not exceeding 35mm (averaging 30mm) thick and disposing the scarified material out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 3 kg/10 sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing bituminous surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 30 mm consolidated thickness, bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, with binder paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix as in semi dense asphaltic concrete, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Mixing to be carried out at Hot mixing plant and laid by Mechanical paver)

M&L premix bituminous macadam with binder paving bitumen VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber for thickness not more than 75mm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Consolidated thickness shall be measured & paid )

M & L for repairs to potholes, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 3 kg/10 sqm on bituminous surface, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 6.8 kg of binder(VG 30) blinded with 0.06 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes not exceeding 30 mm complete as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of road surfaces and applying refective thermoplastic road marking paint (White or golden Yellow) of minimum 2.50 mm thick (conforming to BIS-3262), single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using ' HOT MARK' by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder , glass beads , titanium dioxide , calcium carbonate , inter filler as specified in table 803.4 of MORTH specification , thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as spd in (intermix) type-I , MOST/BS 6088A and road marking shall done as per provisions contained in IRC -35-1997 , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road solar stud made of aluminium alloy and contruction, size 125x125x25mm, solar powered by monocrystal solar panel, having one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery for power back upto 12 hrs and 3 Hrs and 3 Nos LEDs -10mm each side (total 06 Nos) , viever distance 1000 mtrs , fixing with nail/screws/fastener / polymer adhesive / epoxy bond to the surfaces , after preparation and making even surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F repairs for road studs (cat eye) with self two way relection 100x100x20mm (minium) single shank, plastic body or aluminum body, lighting mode-Reflection, having visual range of 600 to 800mm globe completed all as per Model No. SKUDA-113 of make- 3M or equivalent in other makes, all as specified and as directed.

S&F repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45 /50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150X150X300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repasirs for plastic speed bump or speed breakers of size 500X425X75mm made of sturdy plastic, highly resistant to severe impacts and harsh weather conditiond overtail,interlocking submit to make it bend perfectly into one firm bump made for pre coloured materials (Black& Yellow) and UV stabilised to keep intact is colour studded with reflector's on either side to make it clearly visible to mutants during night hours fixed all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repasirs stainless steel 304 series retro reflective board of size 1.20 x 0.75 m, written on both sides. the board shall be shealted with reflective rap of blue colour high intensity plastic (HIP) 3 M letter shall be written in colour and size as approved by GE. The board shall be fixed on SS post of 63mm dia 16 gauge 304 series of length 2.50m including of which 0.45 m shall be embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 300X300X300mm, complete all as specified and directed

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting for road berms by road roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L moorum/red bajri filling in floors or paving, laid in layers n exc 15 cm th spread levelled and rammed incl watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying self adhesive glass grid of approved make having flexural strength of 100 KN/Sqm in both longitudinal and transverse direction confirming to ASTM 6637, ASTM D 276 and ASTM D 5261-92 specification and impregnated with polymer modified bitumen, sel sticking strength of 5 kg/sqm with overlapping of 150mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction fixed by mechanical means over a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 3 kg/10 sqm on bituminous surface, rolled by pneumatic type roller to form a good adhesive strees absorbing membrane interlayer (SAMI) laid over glass grid with tack coat of PMB 76-10 @ 15 kg/10 sqm and dry stone chipping of size 8-10mm sprayed @ 0.12 Cum/10 sqm, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregate including necessary rolling, complete all as specified & directed.
