M&L for construction of PCC solid block masonary wall valve pit of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (inner dimension) of necessary earth work excavation, 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, PCC block wall build in cement mortar 1:6, rendering 15 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 externally up to 15 cm below ground level and cement mortar 1:4 internally and providing MS sheet cover 3.0 mm thick and angle iron (size 40 mm x 40 mm 5 mm) frame of suitable size and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surface and welded with hinges including necessary locking arrangement & 50mm lock (pad lock brass 6 levers with key in duplicate) and complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Necessary earthwork shall be meausred and paid separately. 2. The top edge/level of valve chamber shall be 15 cm above ground level.

M&L for Boring of hole under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine with & including provision of HDPE pipe of 150 mm bore sutable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Pipes shall be laid minimum 2.00 mtr below/under existing road surfaces/taxi track / apron /floors etc.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of UPS, 5 KVA, single phase, AC input voltage range 160 V to 260 V and output 230V +/- 1% with suitable capacity battery bank unit for 60 min back-up including all connecting accessories of copper connectors/thimbles etc all as directed and specified by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of split type, air conditioner of capacity 2.0 TR (6000 K Cal/hr), dual mode (Hot & Cool), single phase, (Non CFC/HCHC) suitable for 230 Volt +/- 10% , 50 Hz, AC supply complete with cordless remote control unit with in-built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating complete comprising of following :- (a) Indoor unit with three speed blower fan of appropriate capacity including PCB, thermostatic control, air filter and drain for condensing water. (b) Outdoor unit comprising of one No. Compressor of 2.0 TR capacity with compressor motor, condenser fan motor of appropriate capacity 01 No. air cooled condenser of 2.0 TR capacity -01 No. shall be installed at outside of the building (c) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with insulation, condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with suitable size of copper cable. Item no. 15.14 contdd.. (f) Electrical cable required to connect outdoor unit and indoor unit to voltage stablizer inclusive in above rate. Note :- (i) Cutting of holes in walls/window of any thickness for installation of AC etc. connection and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface after work shall be done. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. (ii) All other connected civil works & other miscellaneous works required for installation of split AC & proper functioning as directed by Engr-in-Charge shall be inclusive in quoted rate. (iii) Additional length of copper tubes for compressor inlet/outlet with insulating material, casing/capping shall be inclusive in unit rate.

Supply,install, testing and commissioning of descicant type dehumidifier of 1200 CFM and electric regenerating, portable type, continuous operating with proper mounting arrangement including wall mounting/ ceiling suspended/ table mounted with necessary fitting and fixtures complete with standard controls with saftey controls and DIGITAL display unit all as directed. Ducting work with PVC/ Flexible hose for process and regeneration air inlet and outlets etc. The dehumidifier includes following features:- (i) Dehumidifier MOC with GI sheet PP powder coated (anti corrosive paint) both inside & outside with single skin construction. Design, fabricate, supply, install, testing and commissioning refrigerant based cooling air supply system for effective cooling of labaratory tesing equipments for Rack -1 and Rack -2 as sepcified below. (a) Rack -1 : chilled air flow @ 50 kg/hr at 5 deg.Centigrade (b) Rack -1 : chilled air flow @ 225 kg/hr at 5 deg.Centigrade. Note: 1. The contractor/vendor shall submitt detailed design specifications/layout plan & drawings of chilled air system for approval of Accepting Officer before commencement of work. 2. The item rate is inclusive of any modifications suggested in design of blower/ducting system as techincally necessary for functional requirement.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 25 x 4mm as earthing lead by means of GI bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electric plate No 5 SSR Part-I, connected to earthing etc all as specified including testing on completion with all necessary excavation in any kind of strata, earth work, PCC earth Pit in 1:3:6 CI RCC cover, CI funnel, GI watering Pipe 20 mm complete. Note :- The length of the galvanised strip beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) All joints of galvanised strips shall be of brass only. (iii) Test rresult of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthing. (iv) Earth result of the pit shall be less than 1 Ohms, during the maintenance period also to be maitained earth resistance less than 1 Ohms falling which new earthing to be provided by the contractor with out any extra cost. (v) The rates quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cost of MS sheet for marking the result and its purpose of use of size 300mmX 300mmX3mm size fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of length 60cm and size 40X40x5mm grouted in the ground with PCC (1:3:6) using 20mm grade stone masonery of size 200mmX200mmX250mm including necessary earth work. (vi) the rate quoted by the contractor shall also be deemed to be including (a) Testing submission of earth result as desired. (b) Excavation upto 5 mtrs depth and returning filling in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- Two runs of submain wire 4.0 Sqmm + one run earth wire 4.0 sqmm + one run PVC conduit shall be measure as one unit.

Supplying and fixing intregal LED street light fitting, 30 W with pressure diacast alluminum housing IP-66 with mounting bracket including all accessories prewired and connecting the same to electric source with and including 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor 1.5 sqmm cable with all accessories and fixing arrangement to wall/elctric pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of waterless and maintenance free Earthing (grounding) elctrode of size Dia 100 mm x Length 3000 mm with 17 mm u bounded MS Conductor in Pre cast in high purity electrically conductive granular (Marconite), having ultra low resistivity of 0.001 Ohm - m. (Provide the resitivity certificate for the same) Electrode made of electrically conductive granular mixed with cement to pre cast or backfill the voids surrounding the metal conductor in anugured bore hole of 100 mm dia x 3000 mm depth, resulting in increase of effective surface area of the earth electrode and in case of high soil resistivity agrid or multiple elctrodes to be installed to lower the desired earth resistance value, permanently with no further maintenance or periodic watering or recharge during it's life f over 50 years in all type of soil invluding dry or rocky soils. Earth enhancing material should not leach into the adjacent soil or surrounding water channels and it's Ph should be in natural range. Earth enhancing material should permanently protect the encased metal conducto or corrosion. Electrodes's top terminal should be sealed permanently with the conductive concrete and extension strip taken out be terminated at earth bus bar.Other hardware like nuts, bolts and washers should be of stainless steel. Electrode should withstand fault current up to 30 kA for 1 sencod. (Bidder provide the certificate for the same). Supplier of the Marconite Earthing Material should provide authorization letter from the Manufacturer for the Genuine material and also furish certifications as per IEC 62516-7 & resistivity certificate conforming 0.001 ohm.
