Job contract for operation & maintenance of all GLF system comprising runway edge, taxiways, isolation bay edge lighting, apron edge lighting, approach lighting, PAPI system , CCR panels and apron high mast lighting, electrical installation of ILS, DVOR, ATC building, fire station, MT section, other buildings of operational area, perimeter lighting and other area lighting of operational area which involves repair, maintenance and attending to complaint/fault/breakdowns and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records and documentation etc. round the clock on all days i/c Sundays, holidays etc. as required.

Spray painting of fire hydrant boxes, electrical panels, feeder pillar box, DBs, metal structures, members, equipment’s etc., with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour (all shades except black or chocolate shade) by using spray gun to give an even shade including cleaning the rusted area, scrapping of surface, applying metal primer on rusted surface, covering of meters, switches, glass etc. with masking stickers etc.,as required.

Painting of following MS street light pole, using one coat of metal primer on rusted surface and two coats of approved aluminium paint including scrapping and thoroughly cleaning the surface, as required as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Above 4 Mtr. up to 9 Mtr. Street light poles (including upto 1.5 meter arm bracket)

Complete items of CPWD schedule of rates electrical - 2018. Executions of DSR items 2018 (Electrical) of amount Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rate shall be quoted in % age above/below which shall be including GST).

Fabrication, Supply and Installation of operational area glow signage facia sheet made from 4mm thick UV stabilized polycarbonate sheet with special adhesive and pasting of 2 layers of vinyl film as per approved legend and background on whole area from inside of polycarbonate facia. The legend height, spacing between characters etc. shall be as per ICAO Annexure-14 and the facia drawing has to be got approved from E-I-C before starting the fabrication.

Supply of following spares suitable for 200W halogen type double optic HIRL, fitting confirming to ICAO specification. (Make:Osram/Philips/AMA or equivalent).

Supply of 200W, 6.6A Bi-pin Halogen Lamp suitable for AMA runway light fixtures.

Supply of 200W 6.6 A Bi-pin halogen lamp holder.

Supply of 200W, 20/6.6 A Isolating transformer of 5 KV grade (Make: AMA/Bildal or equivalent)

Supply of 15W, 20/6.6 A Isolating transformer of 5 KV grade (Make: AMA/Bildal or equivalent)

Supply of Bi-directional fitting 180 degree filter-Red.

Supply of Base plate breakable coupling (Make:AMA or eqivalent).

Supply of LED Signage Board Converter Current range 2.8 - 6.6A.

Supply of LED Signage Board LED Strip (700mm length in one strip 11 LED type).

Supply of HRC fuse link IM Tripping.

Supply of Taxiway LED light - 0-15W LED lamp with base.

Supply of bi-directional elevated high intensity halogen type runway edge light fitting complete with prefocus lamp holder, 200 W 6.6 A halogen lamp, clear prismatic dome, clear inner prismatic lens, lens holding mechanisam, ball joint for easy levelling, breakable coupling, central column mounting assembly, gaskets, two pin secondary lead plug suitable for connection with isolating transformer, base plate with 6 Nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring & plain washers & other accessories etc. and confirming to particular specification and to meet latest ICAO specifications as required.

Supply of 5KV grade plug & receptacle of type-1 class-B connector & suitable field attachment suitable for following sizes 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core standard copper conductor cable confirming to IS:1554 (Part-I) etc. as reqd.
