Removal of following existing unserviceable steel/UNSV components of various furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, welding, gluing, providing hinges, denting, applying putty for leveled surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion of Almirah Steel Med Complete all as specified and as applicable as drawings,FD-1032. NOTE : Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE (P) Air Force Gurgaon including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

Lock 6 lever suitable for Almirah med steel as per shown drg.

Handle 125 mm suitable for almirah med steel as per shown on drg.

Leg as per drg.

Shelves as per drg.

Repairs to dented door by removing the door from hinges, making smooth and straight by denting applying putty and refixing by replacing unserviceable hinges.

Repairs to existing shelf by opening the clips/rivets of shelf, making smooth and straight by denting applying putty and refixing by replacing unserviceable clips/rivets.

Painting to almirah medium internally and externally with synthetic enamel paint of existing color after preparation of surfaces complete all as spd.

CP steel 100mm long handle to the drawers of the table bed side steel placed in position as shown in drg.

6mm commercial ply at back of the table bed side steel fitted with screws as shown on drg.

One coat of synthetic black paint on all steel portion of table bed side steel, complete.

Removing unserviceable damaged Seat & back of Chair computer, supply and fixing of 12 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethane foam shall be 50 mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 Kg per cubic Mtr on Hampden machine ,all as directed and specified by Engr -in -charge

Removing old unserviceable arm rest of chair computer and S&F new one made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed by Engr -in –charge.

Removing unserviceable castor twin wheels and S&F new castor twin wheel suitable for chair computer all as directed.

Removing unserviceable adjustable tilting mechanism and S&F new adjustable tilting mechanism shall be forward tilt, self regulating tilt tension and manual override, 4 position tilt lock. Anti shock back mechanism to prevent backrest. 360 swivel mechanism to allow with fluid lateral movement suitable for chair computer all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable /broken plywood from the charpoy folding IP Nylon Newar by unscrewing nut,bolt ,washer and flat iron. Supply and fixing new 8/ 9 mm thick plywood commercial ISI marked of size 1980mm x 900mm fixed over the pipe with new GI carriage bolt , nut and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In Charge.

Rubber shoes 25mm dia of high quality placed in position as shown in drg.

One coat of synthetic black paint on all steel portion of charpoy folding IP with hard top complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable damaged Seat & back of Chair writing. Supply and fixing the seat made of 12 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethane foam shall be 50 mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 Kg per cubic mtr on Hampden machine.

Painting the entire frame with one coat of synthetic enamel paint 1st quality including preparation of surface of chair writing officers including handle all as directed by Engr -in -charge.

Removing old unserviceable arm rest of chair writing officer and S&F new arm made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

Removing old broken Rubber stopper of the chairs and S&F new Rubber stopper at bottom all as directed and specified by Engr -in -charge.

Spot gas welding to broken parts/joints of chairs.

Removing the existing unserviceable PVC seat and back from the chair verandah and supply and fixing PVC seat 4mm thick in lieu of cane after providing two additional stiffener at centre of seat & back with 25x5 mm flat Iron welded with centre of the frame duly white painted for support of PVC seat. Due care shall be taken while fixing the PVC seat, The PVC seat shall get approved from BSO and GE before supply.

Supply and Fixing of Rubber shoes for Chair Varandha as per size.

Removal of following existing unserviceable cane/old broken wooden components of various furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and Supply and fixing new components of teak wood in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing, placing every part in-tact and polishing/painting the disturbed portion of Chair Dining officers as applicable as per drg No.FD/MAP-II/10.
