Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep (1/2) and removing the debries & stacking the materials within 50m away from work site including cost of all labour with T & P, Cess required for the work as per direction of EIC.

16mm (5/8) thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing Plain Gypsum board celling suspended from roof by adjustableGI ceiling angle with spread at a distance notmore than 600mm fixed to roof by Rowl Plug &stiff cleart . Gypsum board 12.5 mm thick held by G.I Perimeter channel MF-3 & intermediate channel MF-7 framing , boarding, jointing &finishing with special type of Gypsum compound etc .including cost, conveyance &of all materials labour with T&P & Cess etc completein all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying,fitting,fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum section 151-154,151-155, as windows frame sec tion no. 151-155,151-153 abd 151-167 as shuter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting in cluding cost of materials alllabour,T&P & Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing up partition walling OEL aluminum anodized section No. 9210 and 9207 as single groove and double groove respectively as horizontal and vertical memer and OEL section 4660 as Tapered clip for fixing up 12mm thick prelaminated board (Nova pan Make) and jointing angle No. 1855 including cost or materials all labour with T&P & Cess required for the work etc as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paints including and papering, polishing the surface in all respect with cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour, Cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges andof allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m. Initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm.to 7cm. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m. in depth asper direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9) thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials, and labour with T&P required for the work including Cess etc complete. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
