Work

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m width as well aas 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by the engineer i/c.2.1.1; Rate as SI No. 2.8.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement, 5 coarse sand (zone-III), 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal Size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level as per PWD (SCH.)- 274 Ref. to DAR 4.1.8

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) As per DAR- 6.1.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) All work up to plinth level :DAR-4.1.2

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per DAR-13.4.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing , laying , spreding and compacting graded stone aggregate to water bound macadam specification including Spreading in uniform layers , hand packing,rolling with three wheel steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of course aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density. (Water Bound Macadam Grade-3)as per MoRTH specification clause No. 4.14 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumien emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base inlcuding clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechinical means .as per MoRTH specification clause No. 502 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack second coat with VG.- 10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of0.20- 0.30 kg per sqm in the norms bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom . as per MoRTH specification clause No. 503 complete in all respects.
