Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n'exc 0.5 Cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of stone (granite/ basalt/ trap) boulders or broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, path/ paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in floor surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in floor surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joints 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block for hold fast, kerb stone, copings, bed plates etc and the like including weathering slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with & including necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-20 ( Nominal Mix) type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for 60mm thick rubber mould reflective factory made coloured pre cast PCC interlocking paver blocks/ tiles confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 designation of section as approved by GE in hard standing, laid dry over & including 40mm thick sand cushion and filling the voids of paver blocks/tiles with dry sand complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Mehtab Tiles, Indore (MP) or Nitco, Mumbai or Mayur Tiles & Interlocking pavers, Lucknow or Star Tiles & Industries, Ramadevi, Kanpur as approved by GE.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 11 to 15mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 Cm but not exceeding 15 Cm long complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel sections conforming to Fe- 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails & guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde -165 as in hand rail, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail strait portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based 0.50mm thick (AZ-150) corrugated steel sheet of any colour having minomum tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/ L or J type or cranked hook/ bolts as complete all as specified & directed. Make: Tata Bule Scope Steel Ltd or M/S Cril Colour Roof India Ltd. or Everest Industries Ltd or equivalent brand of other Make as approved by AGE(I) from list of make attached with tender documents.

S&F rolled mild steel section for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. The rates quoted allow for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. 2. Truss design shall be got done by the contractor duly wetting by Government Engineering College/NIT and expansion including in quoted rates.

S&F steel rolling shutters, gear operated type with gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated for 1.25 mm thickness of lath complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 10 sqmm, 2 core including jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc including taking out existing old unserviceable cable complete all as directed. Make:- Havells or Finolex or Gloster or Plaza or Universal as approved by AGE(I).

Supply and laying Sub Class 'B' old size bricks laid in trenchs as cable cover all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing/ laying of 40 mm bore dia GI pipe light grade in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including all necessary fittings & clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron as required for cable protection etc after taking out existing old unserviceable GI pipe with fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness will be measured
