REPAIR REPLACEMENT IN MAINTENANCE OF OLD CONVENTIONAL LIGHT FITTING INTO SMART LED LIGHT FITTING IN VARIOUS LOCATION OF MD AND OTM ACCN AT RANGE HILLS QMTI MAP EME WORKSHOP MANDALAY LINE KHADKI UNDER GE MH AND RH KHADKI

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking into credit (credit for above items shall be made as per condition laid down under schedule of credit seprately ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS ( Red, black and green for single phase circuits), with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area,single core, PVC insulated and sheathed FRLS cable1100 volts grade , ISI-694 (1990) marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade,PVC casing & capping of suitable size on walls/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with suitable accessories , PVC box including Modular Plate and Covers for one Fan/Light/bell point controlled by one switch/bell push complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge. Make: Polycab /Finolex/ RR

All asper item no - 2 above but One switch socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for sub main wiring but using two single core multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS Cable of size 4 sqmm 1100 volt grade drawn into and including PVC Casing caping of suitable size including 4.0 sqmm. PVC multi standard copper conductor FRLS cable in green colour for continious earthing including taking down old unserviceable/burnt wiring of any type or size complete all as specified and directed Note: Two single core cable, earth wire and PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Ditto item no 03 above but of 6 Sqmm.

One light/fan point controlled by one, one way flame proof switch .

Ditto all as per item No 5 here-in-before but for socket out let, 15/16 Amps. independent with 2.5 Sqmm size cable and 2.5 Sqmm for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs LED light fitting 1x16W flame proof type FLP-WP made of aluminium alloy LM6, CMRI certified recommended for gas/vapour group of IIA & IIIB , zone 1 &2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver , holders, connector etc complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with suitable size flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Greaves, Cat No.- EXTL140.

Supply and Fix FLP - WP switch socket and plug combined in LM6 aluminium alloy 16 A 2P + Earth complete all as specified and directed as per Make-Sudhir or equivalent. .
