Providing and laying autoclaved aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks masonry with 100mm / 125 mm thick with Grade 1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing sliding window handle cum lock (concealed type) of approved make colour with necessary screws complete as directed.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of toilet intensively to remove dirt, hard water stains, yellow sticky patches in the corners, of daddo tiles tile joints, removing hard water stains, dirt deposit from floor tiles, with scrubing maching using soft fibre pads and application of sofetning chemicals, mopping out entire toilet & fittings with fibre cloth and placing in position toileteries removed for cleaning complete as directed.(Note- The work shall be carried out by specialised technicians having experince of intensive cleaning job)

Entire frame shall be easily detachble for maintenance and shall be prepainted before fixing with synthetic enamel paint including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Providing necessary repairs to the damaged MS/Aluminium windows/doors by removing the door shutter (either by cutting/ burning the hinges using gas welding machine at site or by removing the shutter after removing the screws and butt hinges as the case may be) and refixing the door in original position after removing the bend/ undulations in the door (members either horizontal or vertical or replacing the member it self (if required) including making good the damaged portion with necessary enamel painting (two or more coats over a coat of steel primer) all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge.
