M &L for PVC profile for wall panelling colour / shade as approved size 250mm wide, 08 mm over all thick with 1 mm wall thickness fixed with screw to mild steel square ( size 20mmx 20mmx 1mm thick) tubler frame work including one coat of red oxide primer, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling to brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers laid on roof including removing the debris including mortar out side defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stops rounded of chamfered on edge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid as in padding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out of APP modified water proofing membrane complete on roof surface and surface properly cleaned by wire brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm.

(c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. Note : This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantte of treatement shall be for 10 years.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 20 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
