The Micro concrete shall have a minimum 1 day compressive strength of 10 MPa and 28 days strength of 50 MPa, Minimum tensile strenght 2 N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimum Flexural strength 5 N/mm2@ 28 days tested as per BS 4551-80, Expansion characterstics Unrestrained expansion as per ASTM C827-1987 1 to 4%. including necessary formwork, upto any height including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and application Two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The Mortar can be applied from a minimum of 5mm to 15mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 100 mm thickness in horizontal applications. The Mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12 N/mm2 in 1 day and 4 5N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum Flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitous systems to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of microconcrete to be used @ 6 lit/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24 N/mm2 Minimum Tensile strength 3.5 N/mm2, Minimum Flexural Strength 6.5 N/mm2 including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for applying concure LP 90 or equivalent over concrete and cement plaster as curing compund as per manufactures instructions including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully, old unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, bell, buzzer or power) complete including unserviceable fittings such as switch, socket, ceiling rose, lamp holder, light fittings, bakelite sheet, terminal box, etc. and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall/floor and ceiling etc. and removal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer – In – Charge Note:- Existing LED bulbs/fittings are not to be removed and rates are inclusive of taking down & refixing of existing LED fitting at any location as directed by Engg-In-Charge.
