Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Sal wood

25 mm wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring, including fixing with iron screws complete with : Second class teak wood

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with ....................... fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Dry brick pitching half brick thick in drains including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete : With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture : Two or more coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish

Providing and fixing bright finished 100 mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles of approved quality for aluminium door, with necessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete.

Floor polishing on masonry or concrete floors with wax polish of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and placing custom made Cabinet made of 12 mm thick MRB board (Green / Century/ Archid or equivalent) and finishing with 1 mm thick Laminate (Green / Centuary/Archid or equivalent) of approved shade fixed with necessary adhesive and make as per design along with Auto hydraulic hinges, SS handle 100mm as per direction of the department.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters of 40mm thickness made of with 19mm Green Ply & 1mm thick Laminate on the both the faces with all necessary fittings etc. complete as directed.

Clearance of service septic tank and removing the night soil and debris etc. manually from the tank / chamber to a distanct place preferably during holidays or at night by bailing out the deposited night soil, burning the same in near by trenches/pits which has been dug earlier and covering the same. The service septic tank is cleaned with clear water and completed as directed by the Department.

Supplying & installation of Modular Kitchen with cabinets laminated inside and outside , wire basket made of 304 grade stainless steel and wooden drawers made of European style sliders at Minister Colony as Directed by the Department.

Supplying ,fitting & fixing of Termite treated eco friendly split bamboo cladding on both side of the existing boundary wall with diameter (75mm approximatly) having a minimum length of 2.45m height fixed with SS (grade-304 ,self drilling screws of fasteners 7.5mm length) bolts with nuts and washer to steel beam enamal paint inside and polishing in high gloss malamine clear polish on outside surface complete and as directed.

Supplying and placing in the required area of different branded furniture as directed by the department.
