15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (As per DSR 13.2.2)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). (As per DSR 13.111.2)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (As per DSR 15.56)

Providing and fixing 5mm thick Acrylic glass Panes (Unbreakable) over existing chowkhats or glazed shutter, Window or Fixed with Preferably with Silicone or the nails M.S biding & wooden biding as per the site conditions including the cost of nails or Silicone etc complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. P/F cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping (19 x 6mm) all around and fixed with chowkhats frame with piano hinges, screws and provide with 02 nos. aluminium handle (with base plate) 5", fevicol and 02 nos. magnetic catcher (double strip horizontal style) etc. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge (N.S.)
