15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S chicken mesh as per approved design with electric plant complete including applying priming coat of red lead paint as per HP.PWD. Specification 1990 Volume-1 including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying :(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.(The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing Scaffolding for all kind of works in Multistory Building up to all floor hight/ levels Bamboo complete tiled with rope on joints and pedistal of CGI Sheet etc. in all respect including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:old work (one or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution

Finishing roof with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (One or more coats applied on old work) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete110 mm Dia Type-B including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC Finolex collars ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:- (i) 110mm nominal size.

Foe lalleafts, complete as per dierection of Engineer- in Charge.Note:-Item to be applicable in urban area having directions for restricted hours movement/ plying of load carring motor vehicle of 3.5 cum. or More.
