PROVISION OF CHAIN LINK FENCING AT SUKNA MIL STN UNDER GE SUKNA (2nd CALL)

Amount

Excavation in post holes and/or similar holes each not exceeding 0.50 Cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, removing surplus spoil/ soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away from the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel comprising of the angle iron, flat iron etc using steel conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as diected, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, including necessary bolting/ riveting and embeding in concrete, fillets (for securing wire-mesh etc) and similar work, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) (diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm) with hexagonal or square heads at one end or screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 05 cm but n. exc 10 cm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any size including line wires, any mesh, size and type, to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc, inclding provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of chain link fencing made of 3.15 mm dia mild steel galvanised wire and 100x100mm size mesh as in fencing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured separately ), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel bars 10mm dia round bars and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) for holding the chain link fencing in the position etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing of New steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, not exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
