M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete suface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/ stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of CPRI approved factory made outdoor type LT panel board with aluminium bus bar of capacity not less than 1.5 times of incommer, platform mounted, cubical of appropriate size, self supported, front & rear openable, double door, hinged type with locking arrangement & sloping top canopy, suitable ventilation on both side, with wire mesh, IP-66 with dust & vermin proof, fabricated out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated of appropriate size, mounted/ fixed on 30 x 30 x 3 mm thick MS angle iron stand / frame 35 cm height from FFL duly painted with black enamel synthetic paint over coat of red oxide zink chrome primer, frame shall be grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, control wiring copper stranded PVC insulated FRLS cable connected from main bus bar, earth bus strip of 32 x 6 mm size for entire length of panel, suitable size of MS gland with gland plates and aluminum lugs/ thimbles for all incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and directed with and including comprising of the following for Panel :-

INCOMER: (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 63 A, 415 Volts with thermal magnetic release type & braking capacity of 16 KA - 01 No (ii) Phase indicating lamp, RYB neon type (set of three) - 1 Set (iii) VAF + PF Multifunction digital Meter - 1 No , OUT GOING:- (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 40 A, 415 Volts with thermal magnetic release type & braking capacity of 16 KA - 03 Nos (ii) MCB, SPN, 40 A, 415 volt with thermal magnetic release type & breaking capacity of 16 KA - 2 Nos Notes: 1. The LT Panel shall be brought from OEM/authorized dealer, CPRI approved factory from the attached list of make. The necessary certification shall be furnished by the contractor. The constructional drawing make of switchgear and hardware, size of panel board technical specification shall be submitted by the contractor for approval of Accepting Officer. 2. The minimum clearance of 10 cm between bus bar to bus bar & 20 cm between bus bar to earth/ body shall be maintained. 3. Any civil work involved in installation of panel shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 Volts unsheathed with stranded copper conductor of 4 sqmm nominal cross section area and drawing into rigid non metallic PVC conduit, ISI marked, medium grade inclusive of all fittings such as tees, bends, junction boxes, elbows, saddles, pipe hooks, couples, lock outs, etc. of 20 mm external diameter and PVC insulated stranded copper conductor of 4 sqmm nominal cross section area as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 2.5 sqmm cable PVC conduit pipe shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F of sheet metal earth plug & socket, single pole and neutral with and including 1 no. single pole MCB 20 Amps 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of storage type steel body with glass line stainless steel inner tank nad heating element upto 2 KW electric water heater of 25 ltrs capacity with BEE 5 star rated, 230 Volts, max power consumption 2 KW, wall mounting type complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRVs, PVC connection pipe of 15 mm bore & 450 mm long- 2 Nos for Hot & Cold water supply and mounted on wall using wall fasteners and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of exhaust fan 300 mm sweep of steel body, AC single phase, 230 Volts, 1400 RPM with blades, frame and louvers with and including all civil work such as cutting circular opening in existing wall and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing including connecting up fan with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
