Supply, installation, commissioning and testing indoor type 12 KV, 3 phase,50 cycle (50Hz) totally enclosed, horizontally isolation type in metal glad switch gear panel board with vacuum circuit breaker, floor mounted with copper tinned bus bar complete all as specified and directed. (a) 630 Amp capacity triple pole metal clad HT control panel totally enclosed earthed double pattern horizontally isolated vermin proof draw out type with grounded neutral system and equipped with the following equipments (Srl no. 1.01 and 1.03) :-
(i) One set of 3 Nos 1250 Amp air insulated tinned copper bus bar with isolated colour coating. (ii) One set of side frame for housing of circuit breaker carriage. (iii) one 630 Amp triple pole min 21 KA (3 sec) rupturing capacity with latest issue of IEC recommendation : IEC 62271-100, vacuum restrike free, trip free, stored energy operated type, mechanical antidumping should be built in feature of circuit breaker. VCB with automatic drop out and motor operated spring closed mechanism complete with auxiliary switch trunk type mechanically ON/OFF (iv) The breaker is to be mounted on a truck carriage complete with self contained motor charged spring closing mechanism to be operated on DC motor 24 volts operated (v) Fully interlocked raising and lowering mechanism (vi) One cable box for reception for suitable size XLPE 3 core underground cable 1100 volts pressure. (vii) One current transformer chamber comprising of 3 Nos single phase resin cast CTs copper wound double ration double core, having CT ration 100/5+5 A class 1.0-5P burden 15VA insulation level 28KV/75 as per IS 2705 suitable for protection & metering.
(xix) One set of red and green lamp for ON/OFF indication. (xx) TNC switch with lock-01 No. (xxi) Hand operated/charged independent closing/spring tripping, trip free, operating mechanism with manual closing & tripping push button & mechanical breaker "closed/Open", spring charged/discharged indications. (xxii) Mechanical operation counter. (xxiii) Shunt trip coil of 24/30 Volts DC as ordered/required at site. (xxiv) Breaker operated auxiliary switches ( NO & NC)-01 Nos Note:- (a) This panel is placed and commissioned as on extension of existing VCB panel (make areva) and will be out going type .The panel shall be connected with existing VCB panel by provision of suitable size bus bar trancking & as per the procured VCB and IE norms by making provision in existing VCB panel and making of cable duct under the panel of size 0.45x1.0 depth of suitable length connecting existing duct for cable out going if required as per Eng-in-charge (b) The cost of extension of panel, bus bar, coupling and other items required for proper connection etc deemed to be incorporated in quoted rate (i) VCB is having inbuilt motorized rack in/out arrgaement. (ii) VCB are cassette mounted to ensure the self alignment, operator safety and smooth operation.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 12 KV, 630 Amps, both side extensible outdoor Fixed Type (IP54), floor mounted RMU (Ring main unit) 4-way comprising of 630 Amps 50 HZ, Motorised Vaccum Circuit Breaker comprising two nos as incomer with locking arrangement & two Nos Vacuum Circuit Breaker as Outgoing, fitted inside robotically / manually welded stainless steel (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having minimum thickness 2 mm (as per IEC) having IP 67 Degree of Protection. RMU should be provided with copper bus bars internal, external as well as earthing bus bars, Resin cast ring core protection CT on cable 100-50/1A, 2.5V 5P10 set of 3 in each & Resin cast ring core metering CT 100-50/1A, 2.5 VA class 0.5 -set of 3 in each on cables, one number fault passage indicator per unit, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of 20kA/1 sec as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall include the following (Srl no. 2.01 and 2.02) with all necessary standard fitting and PCC work as per OEM specification as required at site complete all as specified and directed.
01 No Incoming & 02 Nos outgoing 630 Amp motorised SF6 vaccum circuit breaker triple pole, single break 3 position as incomer (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 21 KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted with fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1, fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism, Red/Green Push Button for On/Off Operation, Arc proof hinged type cable cover interlocked with Earth Switch, Air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom entry front termination of 3 core cable 120/185 Sqmm.3 O/C + 1E/F self powered relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have LCD ( 16 x 2). Last 5 Fault Record with Time stamp, battery pack replaceable from front.
RMU should be provided with protection scheme with for each VCB for. Bus Connected PT Unit -1 No. for Metering consisting of following:- (a) Type M: Air Insulated metering module 12KV, 630A, 21KA for 3sec. (b) Voltage Transformers of the ratio 11kV/√3 / 110 V/√3, 25 VA, Class 1.0 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (c) Digital MFM to measure Amps, Volts, Frequency, PF, KWH, KVAR. (d) LED Illumination. (e) Space Heater with thermostat. (f) RYB phase indications.
Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT under ground electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade suitable for earth system of 3 core 185 sqmm cross sectional area, ISI marked as per IS 7088 Part-2, laid in trenches/laid under floor/laid in ducts or fixed on poles etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- excavation/boring of road/pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

S&F cable route markers made out of PCC block (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate size (bottom-400x100mm thick +top -300x100mm thick +height-1200mm) thick (60 cm burried in ground with ` DANGER/11 KV UG cable MES' embossed on route marker including excavation, earth works and painting the yellow colour above the ground and write the black colour complete all as specified and directed.
M&L horizontal boring and inserting casing pipe with fittings with material HDPE of pressure rating 6 kg/cm² along road and under pavements/ hard standing/ railway/ road /canals /streams crossing in all types of soil at prescribed depth (in no case the depth of boring be less than 1.7 m from the road surface) up to 200 meters of drilling longitudinal or 3 to 4 roads crossing should be possible, for passing of HT cable of size 185 sqmm including all civil works & reinstatement as per BMP standards complete all as specified and directed. Note : if any damages to existing services such as OFC/gas pipe line/electric cable etc shall be repaired immediatelly by the contactor. Rate quoted above deemed to be included.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes and getting out incl trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed and making good disturbed surfaces.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
Sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23 cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable, punned thickness shall be measured) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Only punned thickness shall be measured.
M&L unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover comply with IS 5820:1970 and shall be of grade not lower than M20 HVP type -I with peak size 300x180x40mm laid dry in trenches for the protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying and laying GI tubing light grade ISI marked confirming to IS for encasing HT cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinths/floors/roads/paths/culverts or fixed on walls or concealed in walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S.F.I clamps of size 50x6mm with necessary bolts nuts and washers etc of sizes 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, installation and commissioning of 11 KV outdoor type RMU non extensible IP 54 floor mounted with internal copper bus bar consisting of fixed type manual load break switch -01 No. All live parts,bus bar of RMU should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple inter connection & sealed for life robotically for three side and one side manual welded non magnetic /non ferrite/stainless steel tank grade 304 of mnimum 2.5 mm thick having IP 67 degree protection filled with SF6 gas to fulfill the requirement as per IS IEC 60376,603760B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1 % per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation . RMU should be complete with all accessories such as terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indication, ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standard 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation upto 1000m as per IEC 60120. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site . RMU should be tested for an internal arc fault of 21 kA for 1 sec as per IEC62271-200 and paint shade and thickness should be as per AIS 632 IS-5 complete all as specified and as directed. The outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switch gear to ensure IP55 protection for full door covering of complete switchgear . The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as per require site and incorporated the following accessories (Srl no. 14.01 and 14.02) complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Necessary Excavation and earth work, PCC Work for foundation / coping /erection of pole assembly will be deemed to be included in the unit rate.
(a) 1 No incomer direct cable entry module- 11 KV 630 Amp direct cable entry module with associate bushings having live cable LED indication scheme and cable-box for accommodating trifurcated XLPE cables having size 3 core 185 sqmm. (b) 1 No outgoing Load break switch – (i) Each switching-unit shall be designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the function of switch disconnector and earthing switch (ii) 11 KV 630A load break switch with interlocking line-earthing scheme both short circuit current -21kA/3 sec, Making capacity 50 kAp-01 No (iii) Auxiliary contacts – 1 NO +1NC-01 No (iv) Spring assisted manual mechanism with un-inhibited operating shaft for emergency manual operation with integrated earthing switch-01 No (v) Cable terminal (site replaceable cable bushing situated not beyond 300 mm from cable cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes) with double door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP43) interlocking to prevent access upto 11 KV 185 sqmm 3 core XLPE cable termination in live condition –Each set of 3
(vi) Right angle boots (Push on type)- Each set of 3 (site replaceable cable bushing situated not beyond 300 mm from cable cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes) with double door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP43) interlocking to prevent access upto 11 KV 185 sqmm 3 core XLPE cable termination in live condition –Each set of 3 (vi) Right angle boots (Push on type)- Each set of 3 (vii) Arc proof cable cover having cable entry from bottom, front with interlocking mechanism including earth switch-01 No (viii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC 61243 with LED-01 Set (ix) Fault passage indicator –It shall be provided for each incomer load break unit, FPI with LED to be added for direction of cable fault -01 No (x) ON, Off, Earth mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel-01 No
M&L for danger notice board of 25 cm x 20 cm size, made from 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT pole complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) vertically, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron wire 32x6mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, washers of GI steel all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I connected to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/substation, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover, reinforced with 6mm dia bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 50 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Main earthing lead from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.50 mtr shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against this item. (ii) GI protection pipe and earthing strip beyond 7.5 mtr long shall be measured and paid seperatly. (iii) Test result should be less than 1 ohms or satisfaction of user.
Supply & fix GI strip of size 32x6mm burried in ground/floor fixed along poles etc for additional earth lead beyond 7.5m if required at site complete all as specified and directed.
Excavated in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft soil etc complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for type C2 (1:3:6) (40 mm graded stone aggregate) cement concrete in foundation and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.
S&F rolled mild steel such as MS angle 65x65x6mm and MS plate iron 40x6mm cut to required length fixed independently including all necessary drilling, bolts or riveting etc and similar works and conforming to grade Fe 410-S complete all as specified and directed.
S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm long but n.exc 10cm long dia of neck in 11 to 15mm etc complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparation new steel surface any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and painting with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.
S & F only chain link MS galvanised fencing 50x50mm mesh (10 gauge) GI wire etc complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for frame work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.
