M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenches technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Excavating in trenches, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m indepth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete in soft/loose soil all as specified.

All as per sl. item No.02 above but in hard/dense soil.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly and laying of U/G cables etc. and getting out in hard rock/road cutting/RCC/PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand for sand cushioning for cable protection or filling in trenches of sand in cable ducts after cleaning of ducts all as directed and specified Note:. for the purpose of payment punned thickness will be measured.

Returning,filling in hard/dense/rock soil including spreading, levelling, watering ,well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated material not exc. 50m away from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point.in soft /loose soil

Removing of excavated material from the site of work and transporting out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing unreinforced pre cast cement concrete cable cover for cable protection (Ready made Covers) of sizes Class HVP type I with peak, flat size 300x180x40 mm putting adjecent to each other as specified.

Supply and providing unreinforced pre cast cement concrete cable cover for cable protection (Ready made Covers) of sizes Class LV type I, flat size 250x150x40 mm putting adjecent to each other as specified.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured alumunium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm all as specified.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured alumunium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm all as specified.

Supply and laying tubes light grade, galvanized, 150 mm bore laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of electric cable all as directed

Supply and laying tubes light grade, galvanized, 80 mm bore laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of electric cable all as directed

Supply and laying tubes light grade, galvanized, 50 mm bore laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of electric cable all as directed

Taking down Old HT cable and Supply,laying in trench, for boring for holes under road, pavement or hard standing ,and testing in replacement for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 185 sq. mm X 3 core all as specified and as directed. Make:- Havells, Universal, Gloster or equivalent.

Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing LT underground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor all as per IS 7098 (Part -1) laid in trenches, ducts, drawn through pipes or fixed on poles, as and when required on ground of sizes 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing LT underground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor all as per IS 7098 (Part -1) laid in trenches, ducts, drawn through pipes or fixed on poles, as and when required on ground of sizes 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core. Notes:- For 16 to 18 (i) XLPE cable will be laid on main road substn No 02 to 07 on BMC Road. (ii) Earth work, Road cutting/Hard standing/ PCC will measured separately on relevent items. (iii)All site should be cleared immidiately after cable laying and contractor should repair the road and braught to its existing strength of BMC road by proper curing.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in width for foundatuion/road filling including including rafts, footings, foundation beams plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to Copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm dia by means of Copper bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers made out of copperl, all as shown on electrical plate No3 of MESschedule part-I, earth copper strip connected to indicated position including concrete pit in PCC(1:3:6, C1),Precast RCC cover slab 55 cm x 55 cm x 5 cm with reinforcement of 8 mm dia bar 100 mm c/c bothways including one handle made of 12 mm dia MS bar embedded in pre cast slab and 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe"medium grade" for watering with GI funnel and wire mess including charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed and testing on completion.

Supply & Fix earth continuty conductor fixed to wall/surface or recess or burried in ground or any situation for loop earthing by 20 X 3 mm Copper strip complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix cable route indicator of HT cables of 11KV duly marked / engraved (cable HT 11KV), painted in brown colour bolted with 40 X 6 mm flat iron member of height 0.6 mtr and 80mm dia CI embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 20X20X30 cm block complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
