Replacement of old unserviceable A C machine on emergency basis of 230V, 50Hz, 5 star , 1.5 TR capacity Inverter , type Split Air-conditioner with 5200 watt coolining capacity ( Make- Hitachi Cat No -RAS. B318PCABA Mitshbishi Heavy) or equvalent model of O-General/Daikin/ PWD Appvd ) with Remote , fitting accessories etc.

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections.

S& F laying of -(i) gauge copper pipe 5/8" 0.7 mm thick for suction .(ii) copper pipe 1/4" 0.6 mm thick for discharge (OEM make) with 9 mm thick thermal insulation foam nitrile / rubber / K Flex / Accroflex with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance both for suction & discharge pipe and mending good the holes & damages as directed by EIC(extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.)

S& Laying 3 core 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated & unarmoured copper wire (make-- Finolex/Havells/KEI) for 1.5/2 Tr. Split AC machine (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.) with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance as per direction of EIC.

S& Laying 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated & unarmoured copper wire (make-- Gloster/Finolex/Havells/KEI) as per direction of EIC.

S & F of flexible PVC high quality water carrying pipe of proper size for draining water from already installed AC to any available (nearest) drain water pipe or near to ground level and the pipe must be properly saddled with the wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, High quality sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, high quality sealing gum etc. as reqd. All these arrangement for fixing must be arranged by the agency itself as per direction of EIC.

Enclosed Safety Cage for ODU : Supplying & erection fabrication of M.S Grill guard by 10 mm x 10 mm M.S Squre bar welded and fabricated by 6" gap in the side 25 x 25 x 5 mm MS angle four side of the grillside duly welded by Co's own tools &tackles, hing 2- palla door incl. S&F of 7 lever Godrej Lock & kEY And cutting by gas cutter including S&F of MS wire net (8 SWG) with 1"x1" gap to be fixed on the grill guard incl. with necessary painting with 02 coat of R.O. primer (Asianpaint / Shalimer / Berger) incl. fixing of ODU as pr direction of EIC.
