Material and labour Glazed ceramic coloured designer seamless tiles 300x450x7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surface as in skirting,dado set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the surface over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid on backing layer of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed, pointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigments to match the sheds including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 30 cm X 30 cm X 25 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) all as specified and as directed.

Identifying and marking carefully the damaged reinforced concrete by tapping with light hammer and chipping of unsound weak concrete and plaster material from slabs/beams/columns etc. with power/hand driven chisel as directed by the engineer-in-charge upto 25 mm average depth including saw-cutting of all edges making square shoulders of the cavities complete all as specified and as directed. (All loose unsound and cracked concrete shall be removed out side MD land) (Note: thickness will be measured excluding plaster)

Cleaning loose concrete if any all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 10 mm thick (but not less than 10 mm clear air gap) and cleaning reinforcement of total rust using alkaline rust remover with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washed with water and allowing it to dry complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : - Length of reinforcement bars cleaned of rust all around will be measured for payment.) (Note: thickness will be measured excluding plaster)

Material and labour for providing and applying one coat of Epoxy bonding agent of approved brand. Coverage and specification of manufactures (Mixed density : 1.48 Kg/Ltr, adhesive bond strength to be >2.50MPa) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and application of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared steel surface by brush the primer shall have a minimium specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for new reinforcement bar for structural connection in RCC beam, column, lintel and slab including power drilling holes of appropriate diameter in reinforcement or plain cement concrete to minimum dept of 150 mm and upto 200 mm including power dreilling, fixing the reinforcment in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy catridge etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, mixing and application two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement morter, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible . The morter can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 complete all as spd and directed by the Engr-in-charge upto 25 mm average thickness . NOTE:- Cement and sand morter in proportion of 1:2 graded (coarse sand ) with polymer admixed in proportions approved by Engr-in-charge)

Supply and fixed hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 (Fe-410) quality A conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
