Outsourcing of services for operation and periodical maintenance in two shifts (Each shift of 08 hours) in one day including Sunday and holiday & for pump house, operation of valves etc by employing of 1 x Semi Skilled Valveman and keeping up smooth functioning comprising of the following machineries & equipments :- (a) Centrifugal pump set of 15 HP complete with motor and pump- 02 Nos. (b) Centrifugal pump set of 25 HP complete with motor and pump- 02 Nos. (c) Star Delta starter – 04 Nos. (d) 50 KVA DG Set with change over panel complete. (e) Electric control panel board indoor type with accessories - 01 No. (f) The shifts will be mentioned as under :- (i) First shift from 0400 hours to 1200 hours. (ii) Second shift from 1200 hours to 2000 hours. NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 1.00 :- If the person employed for maintenance & operation by Contractor found absent a panel recovery of 2 times of the quoted rate will be imposed to the contractor and contractor must carry out insurance of the deployed staff at his own cost.

Outsourcing of services for operation, manning and periodical maintenance of 11 KV electrical ASC sub station and electrical Net work system including 11 KV yard and all the related eqpts as mentioned below including keeping the installation operational in healthy condition round the clock by employing of 1x Electrician and 1 x Helper (One shift for 8 hours) Skilled operator including carrying out all daily maintenance all as directed by Engineer-in-charge & as per Indian electricity rules/Engineering Practices & maintenance properly the protective instruments and battery Banks etc complete in good condition and all maintenance records, break down records, log sheets, duty charts and other records by providing with adequate staff strength comprising of the following electrical machineries & equipments:- (a) VCB indoor 11 KV Make : Crompton Greaves-04 Nos. (b) 11 KV OH line inside complex of sub station yard. (c) GOD of 11 KV – 04 Set (d) Fuse unit 11 KV- 04 Set (e) All internal electric fittings/fixtures.

Outsourcing of services for operation, manning and periodical maintenance of 11 KV electrical BRIGADE sub station electrical Net work system including 11 KV yard and all the related eqpts as mentioned below including keeping the installation operational in healthy condition round the clock by employing of 1x Electrician and 1 x Helper (One shift for 8 hours) including carrying out all daily maintenance all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge & as per Indian electricity rules/Engineering Practices & maintaining properly the protective instruments and battery Banks etc complete in tip top condition and all maintenance records, break down records, log sheets, duty charts and other records by providing with adequate staff strength comprising of the following electrical machineries & equipments:- (a) VCB indoor 11 KV Make : Crompton Greaves-04 Nos. (b) 11 KV OH line inside complex of sub station yard. (c) GOD of 11 KV – 04 Set (d) Fuse unit 11 KV- 04 Set (e) All internal electric fittings/fixtures.

Note for item No 2.00 and 3.00 :- (i) All the precautionary/safety measures will be taken by contractor for man and materials, equipments by providing requisite instruments, protective cloths etc as applicable. Quoted cost inclusive of daily maintenance weekly maintenance and monthly maintenance of all equipments, plants and minor repairs. All the precautionery equipments like safety belt, earth rod, hand gloves and T & P shall be provided by the contractor). (ii) Wages paid by the contractor to the persons emplyed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State/Central Government from time to time whichever is higher. The payment shall be made to the workers through a nationalised bank and the bank statement of fair wages as per minimuum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submitted alongwith the RARs/FBs for payments. (iii) Contractor will keep all plant, machinery, sub stn bldg and surrounding area neat and clean. (iv) The shifts will be mentained as under :- (a) First shift - 0800hrs to 1600hrs. (b) Second shift - 1600hrs to 2400hrs. (c) Third shift - 2400hrs to 0800hrs.
