Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil, 1 hard stiff clay, black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, and earth muds with 50% fair sized boulders as per SS 20B for narrow foundation.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials 2 to work site and all labour charges etc.

Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using country bricks incuding cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Supplying and errecting for sides & soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance and alla labour charges etc. complete.

Providing granolithic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 7 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum 40mm Thick

Finishing the top of roof with one course of Solar Reflective ceramic tiles (Required design) of size 305x305x25 mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint,curing etc., complete complying with satandard apecification and as directed by the department officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works) PWD Data (observed)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18/20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg./sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Using anti-skid tiles

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes 150mmX 150mmX 6mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg./sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc.,

Painting two coat with approved quality of distemper with colour over one coat of white cement for primier coat for the base including preparing surface and all materials cost labour etc

Painting two coat with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorogh scarpping clean removal of dirt etc complete.
