Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cable and erection of poles all as specified and directed at site. Note: All excavation in trenches to be done by contractor mannualy.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soft/loose soil in layers , all as specified and directed at site

Removing excavated material surplus (soil ) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable using locally available fine clean dry river sand over, under ground UG cable laid in trenches and gently punning for cushioning to cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Switch air break, gang operated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on with 9 insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism working from ground level, current rating upto 200A, 11000 V grade having nine insulators, vertical type including dismantling of existing air break gang operated switch and removal the same from site.

M & L for Dismantling unserviceable/old ACSR conductors of any size from over head lines, poles by removing binding wire, service wire, cables and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dismantling unserviceable cross arms, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dismantling insulator any type, any size from HT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable concrete poles/ struts, any sizes including demolition of foundation concrete & removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ old size well burnt brick laid flate in trenches over the cable for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade ross sectional area 95 Sq mm of size 3 core all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F cable route indicator with precast RCC slab 1:1.5:3 type A using 20 mm graded aggregate of size 75 cm X 30 cm X 75 mm thick duly embossed with "MES HT Cable" on the route of cable with PCC foundation all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: - Cost of of earthwork,PCC foundation 8mm dia TMT bar (5 Nos of bar along the length & 8 Nos of bar along width) painting the route indicator slabs with red color synthetic enamel paint deemed to be included in quoted rate .

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sq mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Manual boring under road, pavement hard standing by reqd T&P without disturbing the top surface of the road for throughing the cable in GI Pipe of 80 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 80 mm bore GI pipe light grade with all fittings laid in trenches for cable protection complete all all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole, 11 mtr long, type 410 SP-55 complete with cast iron base plate and finial taper plug in truly vertical position duly painted with two coasts of black bituminous paint throughout internally, and externally up to the planting depth. The remaining, portion of the exterior shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Expulsion type drop out fuse(Channel type) with all accessories fixed on HT pole rating 200Amps Amps suitable for 11kV, 3 pole with two Nos insulator per pole including dismantling old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1: 3 : 6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete including necessary form work for coping to the Steel Poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps, stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix after aluminium tubular busbar pipe of bore of pipe 40mm extruded from 63401 grade Aluminium alloy with WP range 2 treatment having conform to IS:5082 and IS:2673 and having wall thickness 3.69mm for operating voltage 33kV and current carrying capacity 400 Ams including taking down old ACSR conductor of 33 kV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair straight tee tubing main to tubing tap type connector made of cold forged Aluminum Alloy plate confirming to IS 617-1975 for fixing of 40mm alumininum busbar pipe of operating voltage 33kV having current carrying capacity 400 Amps with including suitable nut, bolts, washers, clamps complete all as specified and directed. Note: For item Nos 24 to 29 the Nuts and Bolts associated with equipment of Connector pieces shall be of MS Hot dip Galvanized, Quality of nuts and bolts shall conform to relevant IS of latest edition.

Supply and fixing in repair horizontal bus support tube to insulator (coupler) connector made of cold forged Aluminum Alloy plate confirming to IS 617-1975 for fixing of 40mm alumininum bus pipe of operating voltage 33kV having current carrying capacity 400 Amps with including suitable nut, bolts, washers, clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair straight coupler tube to tube made of cold forged Aluminum Alloy plate confirming to IS 617-1975 for fixing of 40mm alumininum bus pipe of of operating voltage 33kV having current carrying capacity 400 Amps with including suitable nut, bolts, washers, clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair angle coupler tube to tube made of cold forged Aluminum Alloy plate confirming to IS 617-1975 for fixing of 40mm alumininum bus pipe of operating voltage 33kV having current carrying capacity 400 Amps with including suitable nut, bolts, washers, clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair CT/PT clamp for tube made of cold forged Aluminum Alloy plate confirming to IS 617-1975 for fixing of 40mm alumininum bus pipe of operating voltage 33kV having current carrying capacity 400 Amps with including suitable nut, bolts, washers, clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair straight bolt terminal tube to flat for connection with isolater & VCB made of cold forged Aluminum Alloy plate confirming to IS 617-1975 for fixing of 40mm alumininum bus pipe of operating voltage 33kV having current carrying capacity 400 Amps with including suitable nut, bolts, washers, clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm including taking down unsv one.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm.

Supply, spreading and levelling 40 mm size graded crushed coarse aggregate around 33kV yard all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 32 but 20 mm size crushed stone aggrigated all as directed.

Supply and fixing of post insulator 33000 volts suitable for air break switch/drop out fuse with necessary nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying in repair 100 mm bore GI pipe light grade with all fittings laid in trenches for cable protection complete all all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 20 X 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of steel and other end connected to earthing test point including GI protection pipe medium grade 25 mm dia connected to main earth wire on pole or control board and GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh and charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15 cm, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B1 set in CM (1:4), reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c and suitable handle of 10 mm dia MS round bars including earth work in excavation in soft/loose soil, desposal of soil not exc. 50 meter complete and testing on completion all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES schedule, part-I complete all as specified and directed. NOTES 1). The unit rate include copper strip alongwith GI protection pipe from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level.
