Schedule 'A' -Part I ( B&R Works)

M&L for chipping , removing carefullly the concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc all as specified and as directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT conforming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB all as specified and as directed.

M & L for carrying out Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100 protected CITF/ feroguard 903 on concrete surface this inhibitor shall have migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a vertical extent of 100mm , through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the electro-chemical reaction , it should have property to attract anode as well as cathode , which is purely alkaline in nature(Ph-9.5) so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum of about 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. (for repair to wall & slab) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including, Mixing of materials :Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching .Grouting maintain the pressure at exit 0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2 by monitoring pressure guage at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles in beam and columns all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conforming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profiling etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specifications complete. Notes: (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

Undertaking NDT post repairs of the hangar for conforming the effectiveness of anti corrossive treatment and repair action

M&L for providing and applying 5.3mm ESD-SPU antiskid floor coating system including surface preparation by cleaning surface from dust, dirt, muck, moisture and all foreign material and cleaned by mechanical means using mechanical scrubber/grinder, chemical treatment for cleaning oil if required followed by application of primer Cipoxy 15 P which shall be a two component, solvent free, epoxy poly amido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing 2:1 to yield thickness of 200 microns then providing and applying the screed layer with Cipoxy 15 S of minimum thickness 3000microns. the self leveling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy amine cured system and graded aggregate ( special silica). The epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in 2:1 ratio. the aggregates shall be added in the ratio of 1:3 or 1:3:5 over that copper tape 100microns thick and 25mm width, connected to existing earth pit having spacing 10m both directions, then conductive primer coat of Floorkote ESD to a thickness of 100 micron sand then top coat of ESD-EPU antiskid Cipy Cipothane ESD 108 which shall be supplied in pre-weighed packs and ready to mix and use which will consist of resin, hardner, EPI (colour concentrate) formulated aggregate and carbon fibre + special anti skid silica sand. All these to be mixed in the pre weighed ratio, add EPI colour (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates + special antiskid silica sand to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2000 microns then desecrate by using spike rollers and to allow to cure for a minimum period of 48 hours before trafficking is commenced. Over top coat demarcation paint with fluorescent will be applied Make: “Fosroc Chemicals/ Bostik India Pvt Ltd/Sika India Pvt Ltd/STP Limited”

M&L for cutting out existing damaged concrete slab including washing existing surface of slab with (0.5N) hydrochloric acid 2.5 Ltr /10 sqm and applying epoxy resin primer 0.34 Kg/Sqm and finally applying epoxy resin mortar comprising of one part of epoxy resin and seven parts of quartz sand mix No 10 by weight laying and leveling complete all as specified and as directed Make: “Fosroc Chemicals/ Bostik India Pvt Ltd/Sika India Pvt Ltd/STP Limited”

M&L cutting and racking out joints of size 25mm x 15mm with cutter and cleaning with blower and making sides of joints bitumen free for all joints and sealing the joints with polyurethane based sealant over a coat primer including bond breaker caulked tightly into base of sealing groove complete all as per manufacturers instructions . M & L for providing & applying white or yellow (Aisle) band Marking with 2 component polyurethane resin + hardner with fluorescent (FK 666) on applied EPU flooring all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles designer and digital 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors laid over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of floor complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No.17 here in before but as in skirting/dado but over 10 mm thick rendering over cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each without taking of shutters from the frame all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each without taking of shutters from the frame and removing to store all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood plain, solid, straight, chowkats & frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 30 mm thick second class hard wood, plain framed ,factory made paneled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers supplied and fixed to chowkhats all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pilp, insulation etc.) or insulation board/ slabs/AC Plainn sheets/ blankets any thicknes including cover fillets all as specified and as directed.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make.

M & L for preparation of existing surface of wall and concrete surface of beam, columns and parapets etc, racking out joints of brick / block work hacking for key washing down the surface with clean fresh water, filling crack / exposed joints with cement mortar 1:1 mixed with crack X plaster ( acrylic hexilide paste crack filler from Dr. fixit) all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or re fixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Rain Water Pipe of 150 mm dia including all fittings, head , shoes, branches fixed in wall including joint with PVC adhesive all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats with first coat of 10 mm in cement mortar 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth without using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of Oil bound distember after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of Oil bound distember over 3 mm thick wall care putty in two coats all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered wall surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 3 mm thick wall care putty in two coats over a coat of primer (smooth bodied opaque finish surface on) walls all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of weather proof high glove antifungal paint on external surface with suitable primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of painted walls and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal weather proof exterior grade paint of first quality over a coat of primer including sealing the cracks as per manufacturers instructions Make: STP Ltd (Shallcry 215 )/ Asian paint (Ultima stretch)/Berger paint (weather coat long ) all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair steel rolling shutters 1.25mm lath thick, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and including one shop coat of primer;erected in position as indicated,complete: gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre - cast cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6, using 20mm graded stone aggregate block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable high bay luminaires /Flood light fitting from hanger up to 18 meter height and all as specified and as directed

Taking down aluminum strip of size 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground and re fixing in the same location with new nuts and bolts, screws of suitable size and length and connected to air termination rod on op of the hangar all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair aluminum strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm in repair with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground and fixing in the same location with new nuts and bolts of suitable size and length and connected to air termination rod on top of the hangar all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of air termination single pointed aluminium rod of 12mm dia 300mm length bolted to aluminium strip 25x3mm including nuts, bolts and washers all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4mm as earthing lead by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I including connections and testing on completion and including taking down old material all as specified and as directed.

The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with 600 Amps capacity copper bus bar with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor for internal wiring, thimbles glands and shall be complete all as specified as directed with the following accessories. The cost of the PCC pedestal is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item. The panel will comprise of the following :-
