Supplying, filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm. thick layers including watering and ramming with the cost conveyance royalties, taxes of the materials, cess and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only.)

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm size clean hard black broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, cess and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the E.I.C.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials, Royalty, cess and labour with T&P required for the work as directed by the EIC.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials, Royalty, cess and labour with T&P required for the work as directed by the EIC.

Finishing plastered surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water Based of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes labour T & P etc complete as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Distempering two-coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including all cost, conveyance, labour, T&P, Cess etc., required for the work complete including cess as directed by the E.I.C.

Finishing wall with two coats of weather coat approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 80mm thick Factory made Cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 & approved make veriety colour & size made by bock making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with the sand etc all complete including cost of all materials, all labour with T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
