Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, wheel guard and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and also including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but using old bricks obtained from demolition as per item no 3 above complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing with water, etc complete all as specified and as direected.

M&Lrendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces including mixing with suitable water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturers instruction,rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc including cornices and applying two coat of cement base paint @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat with roller complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Snowcem Plus (Snowcem Paints)

Dismantling of roof tiles with mud phuska of any thickness including complete removal of existing water proofing treatment and cleaning of roof by brooming,washing and roughening roof surfaces to receive new treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically curshed stone aggregate as in padding of roof or as in similar work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrance minium weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less then 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface including priming surface of roof by applying bituminous primer not less then 0.40 Ltr/sqm by the same mambrance manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ Ltr at 250 C temp and viscosity 70-16 cps laid by the authorised agent of the manufacturer duly approved in writting before executing the treatment complete and prepration of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Asian Note : 10% of the amount of water proofing treatment items shall be kept reserverd and contractor shall give 10 years written guarantee for water proofing. However contractor can deposit a FDR of same amount and if contractor fails to rectify the defects occured during this period the same shall be get rectified at contractor's risk and cost and payment shall be made by encashing the FDR deposited for this purpose.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no 15 here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specified and directed by engr- in charge. Note : Old serviceable brick tiles as obtained from ser item No 12 shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Raking out joints and pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors or on roof built in cement mortar 1:3 including surface channels etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing to brick tiles surface laid flat as in pavings or on roof in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any type and in any position over roofs or floors, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, upward or downward parapets, sunken floors etc. and similar suspended works complete all as specified.

M&L Providing, cement concrete (PCC/RCC), type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, base of over head tank , Chajjas, Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels, Chullah hoods; stairways, staircase, RCC water tanks upto 1500 litres Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings, sunken floor etc. including all necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
