Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying Open graded carpet 20 Milimeter thickness composed of 13.2 Miimeter to 5.6 Milimeter aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Vehicle transport System , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. For Bitumen of specified grade--USING Batch mix type hot mix plant with Supervisory Control and data acquisition, Paver and Vibratory roller ( Over Modified penetration Macadam Surface) (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Prime coat - Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying, primer at the rate of 0.60 Kilogra Milimetere/Square Meter using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Black Topped surface 2.50 Kilogra Milimetere/ 10 Square Meter. VG-30 bulk.

BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with Vehicle Transported System , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 80/100 Milimeter compacted thickness with 3.3 % using specified grade of Bitumen. -- USING Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, vibratory roller.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of specified grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen at 0.98 Kilogra Milimetere/Square Meter by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne excetra complete. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Supplying hard murum at the road site including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading hard murum for side width or blindage including sectioning as directed.

Compacting the hard murum side widths layers on each side with Vibtratory roller including artificial watering complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indiametern Standard 458:2003 Non Pressure-3 class of 600 Milimeter diametermeter in proper line, level and slope excetra complete.

Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade/ colour of 2.5 Milimeter thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads @ 250gm/sqm .Thickness of 2.5 Milimeter is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indiametern Road Congress 35:2015.
