Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 fine sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 mix (1 Cement: 2 course sand: 4 graded crushed Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level, incl carriage of all materials involved.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in beams, suspended floors, roofs, balconies, landings shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, and staircase having upto 15 degree slope including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto floor V level including all carriages and cost of materials involved upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1:2 (M-25) (1 Cement: 1coarse sand: 2 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundations, plinths, plinth beams, lintels, suspended floor, roofs landings, columns, pillars etc complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering , finishing and reinforcement including cost and carriages of all material involved upto site complete. All works upto floor V- level.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor V-level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

P/F Hi rib profiled Pre-colour coated sheets of eco-friendly colour comprising 0.50mm thick class III sheets fixed to supporting structure with screws/ 5 mm bolts covered with caps, excluding cost of supporting structures, all complete.

Providing & Fixing of SMP coated ridges and valleys over all in plain fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia as per approved pattern by the manufacturer all carriages complete.

Providing and fixing of deodar wood eaves boarding including cost of nails complete.

Providing and fixing of soffits of required size of deodar wood.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75-A in super structure up to floor V-level In cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 fine sand). Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 75 in foundations and plinth / superstructure upto floor V-level in: Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) with (imported kail wood)

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC of desired colour casement/ casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of UPVC multi/chambered frames, sash and mullion (wherever required extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60+- 0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), UPVC including window panels with fly proof SS wire mesh extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (desired powder coated) casement handles, G I fasteners 100x8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc profile of frame & sash shall mitered cut & fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. after fixing frame the gap between frame & adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size & of approved quality & including glazing, silicon filling all complete as per approved drawing & direction of EIC.

Providing 40X5mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30X10X15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and Fixing of 16mm dia Truss bolts including necessary nuts and washers (300mm long) complete job.

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single of mix: 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

6mm cement plaster on rough side of single of mix: 1:3 mix (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and applying of POP cornice 75mm thick to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Supply and fixing of PVC conduit 2mm thick of Finolex high power or equivalent make 25mm dia along with accessories in surface / recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit.

Supply and fixing of Deep Junction recessed in slabs.

Supply and fixing of M S Fan boxes recessed in slabs.

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 50 mm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and fixing of glass strips in joints of terrazo cement concrete floors, 40mm wide and 4 mm thick as directed by EIC
