Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work compelte all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC roof surface with mixing of water proofing compound @3% by the weight cement to horizontal or vertical surfaces finished cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work (Water proofing compound will be measured separately)

Taking down existing water proofing treatment/membrane of any type and Cleaning the surface of roof, palstered surfaces etc by roughening, picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove all loose dirt etc and preparing the surface to receive plaster and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrg

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick surface as in roof with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. (Integral WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge laid with following course of descrition below :- :- (a) Apply evenly bituminous based primer confirming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.30 kg/sqm. (b) APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick with non woven polyester core of weight not less than 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/sqm laid and bonded to the sub strata by heat process, over laps of 100mm shall be sealed/fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Applying bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kgs/Sqm in two coats over APP membrane

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls or RCC roofs/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surface fair finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: supply only of WPC shall be measured and paid seperately )

Demolition brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs incl screed bed if any and cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for swimming pool of size of 50 mtr x 21 mtr, water of capacity 3200000 ltrs, combined diving and swimming pool basic depth varies from 4ft, 6ft, 8ft and to meet to the desired level of cleanliness by adding the chemicals such as PH solution and non ferrous alum as coagulant / settling aids, soda ash, Dry acid, Sodium Bi-Alginex,chlorotex regent,TCA90 chemical thourgh the respective dozin system with adequate quantity, desired occultation and Daily Cleaning of swimming pool by operating vaccum pool suction sweeper , cleaning of bottom incl deep, slop surface by under water cleaner and removing sediment particle from bottom by using suction sweeper so as to maintain deepest point of pool must be visible at all times without distrubing the swimming pool schedule of operation, quality of water to be checked as directed by Engr-In- Charge frequency, complete all as directed. (ii) T & P, material, labour, element involved in cleaning shall be provided by firm without any extra cost to the Deptt.

M & L for carry out water quality anyalsis for bacterial , chemical and biological analysis including for collection of water samples from the swimming pool all as specified by Engineer-in-charge and testing from Govt approved testing laboratory , submitting of report from minium following parameters . (a) pH (b) Total alkatinity (c)Total Hardness 9d) Magnesium as Mg 9mg/I) (h) Remarks of Govt testing lab . Notes: 1. Non maintenance of proper chlorin level will be liable for recovery.

M&L for pumping out existing water from swimming pool, balancing chamber, under ground water storage sump complete, Cleaning the pool, chamber and under ground water storage sump throughly by brushing, removing ugly spot, algae by using suitable chemicals as necessary and finally washing with bleaching powder to entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.
