Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide & not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes/cable/pipe line/sewage line etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well ramming in layers in hard/dense soil each not exceeding 25cm thick , complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exe 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exe 1.5 m above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ bricks, modular size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F tubes light grade, galvanised 40mm bore for cable protection with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/road crossing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 210 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with galvanised iron strip, size 32x6mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Earth pit chamber and RCC pit cover shall be painted with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparing of surfaces.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of High Mast Light System of 15 Metre height continuously tapered, complete with its accessories shall be in two section with material as BS-EV10 025,S355 with cross section as 20 sided polygon, single dipping, hot dipped galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875( Part 3) 1987 and only longitudinal weld confirming to BS 5153/AWS. The High mast shall be comprising of the following technical specifications : (a) High Mast shall have open raft shallow footing as foundation as per manufacturers design as per IS-456 and with 8 nos foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates according to drawings. (b) An adequate door opening such that permit clear acces to equipments like winch, cable, wire rope, plug and socket etc. and also facilitates easy removal of the winch for servicing.
